Worst doctor I have ever been to.

Worst doctor I have ever had. Another site only had a rating of 2.5 for her, I should have paid attention to that rating before going to her.

This is the worse office I have in my 78 years ever had to endure. They have sent in prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy they have sent in wrong prescriptions and missing prescriptions I have fought for 5 months to get my wheelchair fixed and they have 8 times sent in the wrong scripts they do not return calls if I new a lawyer I would be contacting one

Very impersanable. Just handles the basics. Staff is terrible with no focus to follow up.

Dr. Sanchez was very detailed and professional. She takes a personal interest in your health and well being!

If you are looking for a doctor stay far away from Dr Sanchez. I have nothing but issues since my first appointment which I had to wait for 40 minutes to be seen. Then the same day as my second appointment, I received and call a half hour before saying that the doctor will do a video chat instead to go over my lab work. I dont understand why I could not go into the office. They said you will get the link for the call, when you do, click on it which I did. It said the doctor will be with you in a few seconds. However I was on that call holding for a half hour, no doctor, not kidding. I would think someone would have called me to let me know they were having issues? I thought maybe the doctor would call me at the end of her day. No call. I called the office the next day to be told that the doctor said that I was not there.... lol oh boy. So I explained. She asked if I wanted to rescedule appointment. I said yes but when as I was still feeling under the weather. She then asked if I would like to speak with the office manager. I thought that was strange but said yes. Was there a special reason why they asked me this question? When my appointment came up on Monday which was schedule for the end of the day I received a text saying the doctor had a urgency.... in other words was canceling my appointment yet again. To call and setup another appointment. Office manager never did call me back either. I am so baffled. I am not going back there except to get my records and my lab results. On to a new doctor. In all of my years I have never been treated like that So rude and disrespectful.

She is so nice and listens carefully to what I have to say

Dr. Sanchez will not return phone calls, does not order proper lab work, does not know how to properly order medication (you don’t start a senior on a high dose of medication when there are several lower doses) in a non life threatening situation, she isn’t able to tell you the side effects of a medication she orders. I would never return to see her or recommend her. I expressed my concerns to the staff at Degnan Medical, it fell on deaf ears!

Absolutely terrible terrible terrible bedside manner‘s. She didn’t clean her hands before or after contact with her patient. I work in the medical field and around great doctors and I’ve never met someone that lacked so much professionalism . Not only did she rush through my visit she ordered several labs without explanation. Also, the people upfront do not even know how to do their job, they tried to charge me a co-pay for a physical that was not necessary. I will not be back, I’m disguste
