Dr. Keown is a nice doctor. I have no complaint on him but as far as his office staff goes. They are the worst and useless staff I have ever seen. They don't answer their phone and they don't return phone calls. Their communication skills is zip zero nada. I'm seriously considering changing doctors.

Dr keown delivered a diagnosis to me of metastatic cancer of the spine after 6 months of testing 8 spinal biopsies two MRIs two cats cans 3 chest x-rays and a PET scan at Moffitt Clinic that I indeed did not have cancer his staff is very rude he just read the diagnosis of the MRI it off of the computer no time was spent answering questions the anguish that I went through these last 6 months was unconscionable

Dr keown has been my dr for over 10 years and i am so blessed to have him as my dr. I have never had a dr that was so kind and really cares about my health.

I left messages for staff, and waited half a day to whole day for response. Wrong date put in system for lab work, waited over 1 hr while fasting due to phones not answered in office. Dr. used profanity and stated I was taking too much of his time complaining.

Dr. Keown is always prompt,asks good questions,has an excellent way of drawing people out so they feel comfortable telling him ailments and facts. His diagnosis is outstanding---truly unbelievable! He follows up with a complete report on the visit and always checks on blood work immediately as well as x-rays. I had to have an iron infusion as he found me to be anemic. He called our home and had us come back to the Gessler Clinic for the infusion. His bedside manner is excellent. I would recommend Dr. Keown for anyone of any age. He most intelligent,but very humble. A rare quality in this day and age! No, I am not related and moved to Florida from MO.He is the best!!!!!
