Nader Moinfar's Online Review Report Card

I have been a patient of Dr. Moinfar for nearly five years. I even transferred with him when he set up his office in Lake Mary and Lakeland. Dr. Moinfar takes his time with your visit. He is willing to listen to all of your concerns and questions. He provides you with a wealth of information about any eye issues you are having. You have everything you need to move forward with your decisions for treatment not to mention excellent care. He is empathetic. He works diligently with you. He is patient. I have never had the pleasure of working with such a thorough and compassionate physician as Dr. Moinfar. If you are suffering from ophthalmologic issues, he is the physician to see. Additionally, his support staff are just wonderful and supportive!

Dr. Moinfar treated me for a detached retina and subsequently some floaters. Both were handled with the utmost care and concern for my well being. He and his staff are truly the best in the business and I would highly recommend him.

I had floaters for 20 years. They kept getting worse. Finally, I decided to fly down from New Jersey to Florida to have Dr. Moinfar perform the vitrectomy. The operation was painless. The air bubble that is put into the eye to help the healing process gradually shrinks until it disappears after about a week. And now, my vision is perfect. Plus, in the recovery room after the operation, you get a free candy bar! What more could you want?

I had floaters in both eyes for years ,which interfered with my daily life , now all my floaters are gone and my vision is back to 20/20. He did a great job. Friendly, courteous a pleasure to be treated by the entire staff.

I first visited Dr. Moinfar when I moved to Orlando 16 years ago. He was with another practice then, but later moved to his current location. I would have still visited him even if he had moved to Wisconsin. I have had Type 1 Diabetes for 47 years, so I understand the importance of great medical care and having a doctor you can trust. Dr. Moinfar has gone far and above providing me both. He has guided me through several eye changes over the past few years and he’s done it with great communication and with an honesty that is so refreshing to experience. Visual problems can be scary, but Dr. Moinfar always brings what only the best of doctors can: Hope. Very glad to have found him and I highly recommend him for any retinal care you might need.

I saw Dr. Moinfar for worsening floaters and underwent a vitrectomy. He explained the procedure and answered all questions. The improvement in my vision was amazing. I plan to have my left eye done as soon as I can. Thank you Dr. Moinfar!

Dr. Moinfar is friendly, caring, and professional. He spent the time to thoroughly examine my eyes and describe the possible solutions to me. The staff are also friendly and energetic.

He reassured me everything was going to be fine and if I had any questions he would be there to answer. He talked to me and my family and made us all feel comfortable with the decisions.
