The dr is great, how ever his office staff could probably use some training on first their job, second customer service. I know some people don’t want to work so we have to wait. That’s ok. Wait to rude is way better. Sincerely That’s my last visit

Outstanding customer services provided by Miriam and Mitchell. They both went above and beyond treating me as family went purchasing my frame glasses. I recommend working with them directly 👍to receive top notch service.

Had a great clerk, helped me pick out 2 frames and was honest if they didn't look good. Went to pick them up and lucky me, I got Michelle again. She made both visit very pleasant.

Myself, and my daughters went in and the process was so fast and enjoyable. From the moment we met with Carla to when we received our exams from the Doctor, they made my time as a mom super simple. The doctor was so funny and professional. He addressed all of my concerns sincerely, as well as Carla was extremely professional and personable. She even took the time to help me decide which frames to choose for my daughters and I. I 10/10 recommend this location! We are excited for our follow up :)

I been to this place twice and both times Natashia was excellent with my questions or concerns she also took the time to listen to what I was looking for in glasses and both times and I've had an excellent experience.

If I could Rate this a ZERO I WOULD!!! This has been the worst experience I had with this company. First I scheduled my appointment online about 2 weeks in advance. Never got a call to ask me what insurance I would be using. I get a call on Saturday afternoon asking to confirm or cancel my appointment. I call the morning of my appointment to confirm and still yet i wasn't asked for my insurance information to verify. So when I get to the location the young lady takes me to have my eyes checked on the 2 little machines and she was going to use the same paper towel that was lying on the table to clean off the machine I ask here to use a clean paper towel. Before I can even sit down she proceeded to tell me I was lucky because the doctor was getting ready to leave. And now she is rushing to check my eyes and at the same time she is asking for my insurance card. I had to tell her to slow down she was rushing me. The last little handheld device she was using wasn't working because she was trying to check my eyes from the side of me and not directly in front of me. At this point I'm annoyed... then I sit down and they are yelling my name throughout the store. I get to the front now they tell me they can't verify my insurance because they are closed. Then they check I guess with the manager and she says they don't take my insurance it would be out of network and I would have to pay and get reimbursed by my insurance company. What a waste of time and energy.... I would never recommend this store to anyone!!!!

Very long wait, office was full. The doctor was extremely nice and funny and on the ball. I took with me a pair of glasses I paid 300 for but never wore and asked to use the frame and they took it and said it should be fine. Get to the desk and she said right off insurance wouldn't let me use my frame and my part would be $69. I asked for the prescription and didn't get it. He went in today to pay the $69 and they raised it to 139 and we had a circular that said buy one, get one, well that didn't happen. He just got m prescription and left AND they said they don't have my $300 glasses.

I love this place…they are the ABSOLUTE best!!! And make sure you ask for Carla…she is very knowledgeable and helpful….
