I am a 72 years old lady and I have always been disappointed with family doctors until I set an appointment with Dr. Reyes. She gave me full attention, she treated me with care and she has been solving my medical issues since then. I trust her (finally I found a doctor that I trust) and her APRN J. Aleman. Sometimes, I have small issues with her team like referral that takes a long time to process, and calls that are not made. However, I understand because she has a lot of patients and all want priority. Now that I found a great doctor nothing small will change my mind.

Terrible! I have Cystic Fibrosis...she has no clue what it is. She spent the entire appt staring at her phone. I slalso have Menieres disease. I showed up at her office to discuss a few things regarding the medication that I jeeded to have filled. She didn't do any of that. I saw her on the 3rd and today I received a call from Bond atating that Bond clinic Drs will no longer see me. I need medication to keep me alive and when I her patient I never received a return call. I will go to a more expe

Dr Reyes is thoughtful and listens to her patients. I have been with her for 3 years. She follows up with me within 2 days for med refills or appts.

Our family has had serious issues with this Dr. I need to know where to file a complaint. Our family member needs medicine thats important to their living and shes impossible to get to call medicine in. Even the drug stores say shes terrible to deal with. I hope nothing happens to our loved one because of this Dr. irresponsibility and lack of ethics. My advice DO NOT go to this Dr!!!!! She is horrible! Shes rarely there for patients and doesnt give them any time. She seems very inexperienced.

Dr Reyes takes the time to listen to you and give thoughtful responses. She does not rush you and addresses all your concerns. She and her staff follow up to get insurance approvals and make the necessary appointments with other specialists. Yes the office is busy and sometimes runs slow, but I feel it is because this doctor takes the time necessary to care for her patients
