Dr. R. Randolph excellent Doctor of the Center for Retinal & Macular Disease. He explained procedure proficiently & thoroughly. Overall stay at Winter Haven Ambulatory Ctr. Was a 👍 good experience & the treatment from Staff members Megan, Angela, Paula, Jessica, & Francisco were very professional 👏 well qualified and attentive to the patients needs. Very clean professional building! I was greeted by a wonderful young lady who was very delightful and attentive before my procedure on my eye. I'm sitting in a waiting area that supplies drinks and snacks with plenty of seating for your family to wait. Their numeric patient system is effective and great for patient privacy. As eager as I am to get back there and start surgery, my anxiety is a little better by the atmosphere surrounding me! If you're heading here put your mind at ease! It's great!!

From front desk check in to waking up it was a great experience. Why I drive to Winter Haven from Lakeland to have procedures. Highly recommend

I waited MONTHS for a colonoscopy appointment and I am 9 years behind due to inept physicians, and they waited until ONE WEEK prior to the procedure to call and say "oh we don't take your insurance but you can pay out of pocket." Florida is a hideous place to need medical care.
