They’ll make you wait weeks for an appointment then when it’s finally time for your appointment they’ll forget about you in the patient room and go home for the day. Never call and apologize, nothing. This place is a joke.

Horrible, I tried numerous times to get ahold of the doctor called and was told I would receive a call back the next day I called and whoever I had spoken with the day before left 0 notes in my daughter's chart so didn't relay anything I had said to her the day before I finally was able to schedule an appointment for today at 10am I get there at 945 I get into the waiting room at 1015 a substantial amount of time goes by so I open the door to our room around 1140 a nurse walks by sees me looks surprised to see me and asks if I'm waiting to schedule another appointment at this point I had realized they had completely forgotten about my daughter and I absolute worst doctor experience that I have ever had

Called for 2.5 weeks trying to get a call back from the doctor. Never received a phone call back. Finally tried to book an appointment and they said it’d be 2 weeks before we could be seen. I was not pleased. They called me back later that day and said we could be seen Saturday. Went to the appointment today. Waited for 1.5 hours no one ever came to see us so we left. Don’t waste your time seeing this office. Sad because I really did like dr Alvarez, but the staff is incompetent. Save yourself the stress.

All 3 of my children have seen him from birth until adulthood you won't find a more compassionate and caring doctor

I have been taking my son and daughter to Dr. Alvarez for a little over a year now. He is terrific with them. The office is very clean, the staff are helpful and polite. I never have trouble getting an appointment and they follow very strict covid procedures. I am happy to have found them despite the office being far from me I know my kids are being cared for by knowledgeable and friendly care professionals. I had a bad experience with Rainbow Pediatrics in Haines City so I'm glad to have found a long term replacement.

My boys have seen Dr Alvarez since they were newborns. I couldn't ask for a better Dr for kids. He's been through it all with us, going above and beyond. He truly cares about the kids.

My son is my first. I asked a ton of questions at his appointment and De. Alvarez was patient and answered every single one. He is very knowledgeable and very good with my son. I’m beyond excited that I have found him! The entire staff is wonderful.

Hace como 1 año que mis niños se atienden con el Dr. Alvarez. Es un doctor muy bueno y atento pero hay algo que no me gustó, el doctor atendió mi niña que para ese momento tenía como 9 meses y me pregunta que si deseo que le pongan la vacuna del Flu (ya me había preguntado para mi otro nene si queria y le dije q no) le indico que no, entonces cuando llega la enfermera con las vacunas se la puso y no supe. Pero me dio con preguntar y efectivamente se la pusieron. Siempre sentí que el doctor lo hizo con toda la intención pero lo dejé así. Hoy mi hermana me llama pq sabia lo q me pasó y me dice q le trataron de hacer lo mismo, con la única diferencia q la enfermera le estaba diciendo lo q le iba a poner y una de ellas era flu. Mi hermana le dice q no la quiere, que ya le había notificado al doctor, la enfermera pone cara de molesta y le dice a mi hermana, es q el doctor me dijo q usted le queria poner la vacuna del Flu.Con esto confirmo que lo estan haciendo con toda la intención y prefieren pedir disculpas si uno se entera.

Absolutely love Dr. Alvarez! He is amazing with my son. Always takes his time and listens to questions and concerns. Highly recommend him!

I have used this office for over 30 years. I took my children here and now my grandchildren go here. Absolutely love Dr. Alvarez.
