DJ is incompetent. Took me 10 phone calls to get my prescription filled. This place is a joke dont waste your time coming here.

Follow-up testing was not scheduled or completed prior to next apartment. The visit with the doctor was quite pleasant.

Worst office ever!! Bj is unprofessional and rude !! Doesn't care about others at all we have been waiting for over 3 months on a form !!! she literally laughed on the phone at a very upsetting situation terrible service!!!!!!!!!!!

Very caring and I was not his patient. He was just filling in for my Dr who took the day off and was not there to do the test he ordered. The technician who does one of the test very nice, but a Dr had to do the second part of the test which my Dr didn't show and Dr Hostller filled in. A call from the office would have been nice I could have reseduled.

Lets just say if you like waiting then this is the place for you. To get any results for a mri and a eeg your primary doctor must call for that. My son took a test in october of 2018 and didnt have the resluts until febuary of 2019. I called many times and left many messages no returned phone call. When i finally was able to see the doctor he only had the mri and only said you had a lot of white and black areas or never showed us the MRI. Called back again 2 weeks later for the resluts for eeg still no called back. Really bad customer service skills.

Tell you to show up 45 minutes early to fill out one piece of paper no we're not new patients. Then you're not even called back for 30 minutes after your appointment time. Only to be harassed with questions on why you are even bringing your there. just so he can go off of records from 19 months ago. Which the only reason I even received notification of those records was harassing the hospital itself ..we obviously had reasons that the pediatrician sent us back again but they're not good enough reasons for the doctor. And he sent us on our way without doing anything but judging me for having my son quit playing with the toys but they don't leave in the waiting room where you're waiting for over an hour they have them in the room with the doctor while you're there for 3 minutes.

He is like the best Dr. I have ever had. I would strongly recommend him to anyone that has had a history of seizures. He knows how to get them under control
