List of Robert Thomas's Reviews
Dr Thomas is a well-versed professional. He's a great doctor!
Had a gall bladder surgery and he left me with a hernia.
Amazing doctor! Kind, considerate and attentive. Dr. Thomas took exceptional care of me from diagnosis to post op. Amazing staff who always answers the phone!!! Highly recommend...
I’ve seen so many wonderful reviews for this doctor and his staff but my daughter just recently had surgery and they haven’t been helpful or even caring. Every time my daughter tries to contact them they dismiss her and she doesn’t feel like they have been listening at all. Before the surgery it as all about the money. She tried to make a payment arrangement but they said they wanted $1450 up front or they wouldn’t perform the surgery. She told them she can’t afford it and to just cancel it but they all of sudden agreed to a payment plan. Very disappointed. So much more but just wanted to give an opinion.
Only interested in $$money$$. Barely spoke to me, the nurse did most of the talking. I unfortunately used his services for the removal of a lipoma a few years ago, and despite your pain or circumstances, he and Bond Clinic just wanted to make sure all payments were made up front. I am convinced an amateur in a dark alley would have done a better job. The scar is bumpy and horrible and I would have thought in this era of medicine, my scar would have been a lot more unnoticeable. $3000 and three years later, I am still very embarrassed, uncomfortable and self conscious of exposing my back and the ugly scar Dr. Thomas left. I always try to cover my that area of my skin whenever I leave the house.
People please do your research you will be shocked, I’m still asking myself how is this man still practicing medicine. Found 4 or more malpractice lawsuits against him, first one back in 2002. I don’t want to provide anymore info but , there is more I promise.
2 visits both lacking care or compassion. At 70 I always have my husband with me.. neither time was he allowed to be present. The second visit was to review colonoscopy. He jumps right in and says he needs to do second colonoscopy because he thought he saw cancer. No discussion of procedure just wants to do a second one. No explanation of why he didn't take a biopsy. Np talking ty husband,, just let's do it again.. No films or pics. Either he screwed up the first one or he is chasing $$$. Please don't go to this hack. If I could give him no stars I would.
I have been through several surgeries with Dr Thomas. His staff is kind & they truely care. He has always done an amazing job when it comes to my surgeries, pre and post care.
Has been my surgeon for about 15 years. He is the absolute best. Brilliant and meticulous. Can't say enough wonderful things about him and his office staff! God bless him
A mass was found in my breast so a biopsy was secheduled. The doc took 10 minutes to find it and when he couldn't he said well maybe it's gone. I told him it took the tech 45 minutes to find it and he said well that's the problem it's too small or maybe it's gone. Are you kidding me. This is not a syst that would desolve in a weeks time. It was a hard mass the size of a small pea. So I've been referred to the hospital to try again. If they find a mass in your breast at bond clinic insist a biopsy be performed by a tech at the hospital and not by this guy unless you like through ing good money to bad.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
