Roberto Pancorbo's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Pancorbo is a very knowledgeable and professional doctor. It's sad that his desk receptionist is rude and doesn't offer any flexibility when it comes to scheduling appointments. She's unprofessional and if you work, good luck with getting a flexible appointment.

Very impressed with Dr. Roberto Pancorbo appeared very professional answered all concerns I had regarding my lung condition very happy with him. Glad I found him.

He was very nice and straight to the point he checked me took his time and gave me a good feeling he knows what he is doing i don't care for his front desk clerk she rushes you off phone no trying to squeeze you in guess its not her fault usually offices are instructed to not take more patients when understaffed

I am currently seeing another rheumatologist but someone highly recommended this doctor I want a second opinion and when I called to ask the price the lady told me that he doesn’t see a person if the person doesn’t have insurance even if I pay cash. Confused but that is his policy.

Pancorbo does not have the time of day to care about a patient. Simply passes you off to another Dr of leaves you hanging! Pathetic! Don't waste your time! Find someone else!

Well I haven't see the Dr. but the person who answer the phone to make the appointment s has no manners at all , should not have this person to answer She's rude don't want to help . This person is not good for your business ! In fact they gave me an appointment for 4 month I didn't know till I call they never got to tell me my appointment day .

Once you become a patient they treat you like a customer making you wait forever chance for a doctor to a practitioner or some other doctor you don't know . After waiting for over 45 minutes a stranger come like she own the world she don't introduced herself I have no idea who she is what are her qualifications or anything about her. The office personal extremal unfriendly for the second time have to lose the try and time even do I specifically ask to see the dr Roberto Pancorbo no one else

This man lied to me about my test results. He told me I had RA. I just came from another doctor who did blood work and I do not have RA. What a complete waste of time and money!!!! Plus I got stuck with a flunky CNP that barely spoke. No manners, no class, and a full waiting room to guarantee their boat payments every month. Very disgusted!

Great Dr very poor service. Looking to change Dr. Filling out for refills on humira treatment.

I love Dr. Pancorbo; he's always been very patient with answering my questions and doesn't make me feel rushed at all. He's the 3rd rheumatologist I've seen in the area, and he is by far the best. I came to his office very sick and he discussed his plan for treatment throughout the year and followed through with it. He's very kind and soft-spoken and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a rheumatologist in the area!
