Robinson Koilpillai's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Koilpillai and his entire staff are the best. I came to him over 5 years ago on the recommendation of my brother and his wife who had been his patients for several years. Since then my older brother and sister selected his practice as their PCP. All of us have always received the best of care from all the staff. They have a walk-in program for established patients. They can be easily contacted by text or phone direct and not have to go through the major clinic switchboard. They have seen our family thorough some very difficult medical situations. I thank God for Dr. K and staff!

Made an appointment for a new patient (old PCP retired). Specifically wanted to see this doctor and waited 4 weeks to see him. The called just before to remind of the appointment and had changed who I'd be seeing. That was not acceptable to me and shows they didn't listen to me when making the appointment. They also said the Dr. was too busy to see me then and it would be another 4 months before I could see him. I don't need a doctor like that. (Update) Bond clinic replied and said they would set me up with another doctor sooner, but they missed the point, at least for me. This should have been done at the beginning, not when I was 2 days away from my appointment with the doctor that I had specifically made the appointment with.

My PCP retired and was looking for a new doctor. Specifically called to see this doctor, waited 4 weeks for the appointment. They called 2 days before and said that I'd be seeing someone else, that he was too busy. So they obviously didn't care about me as a patient.

Dr Koilpillai has been my primary care physician since he first joined Bond Clinic.He and his team have always been patient in listening and addressing concerns & questions.I recently learned from a specialist that it was Dr Koilpillai’s questioning & persistence that resulted in the discovery of a serious health condition.My specialist shared with me that many doctors would have accepted initial test results and not pursued further tests. It was shared with me that Dr Koilpillai was instrumental in pushing for a diagnosis plan that resulted in preventing a major health event.I do not hesitate in recommending Dr Koilpillai and team for primary care.

When you are a patient of Dr Koilpillai , you are treated with respect and kindness. He listens and talks to you not at you. I am a retired R.N worked in many hospitals and care facilities and Dr.Koilpillai is the best doctor I have ever know . I feel very blessed to have him as my doctor. I appreciate his kindness and his knowledge. Bond clinic and all his patients are blessed to be under his care

I owe this man my life. I had a bacteria in my stomach that was slowly killing me. This same bacteria claimed the life of my ex-boyfriend a few years back. When I called him, I stress the urgency to see him. He scheduled me as a walk in an my wait was less than 30 minutes. He preformed all necessary tests and I did have the bacteria. He treated me and later arranged for me to have surgery to make sure the bacteria was gone. His nursing staff is very polite and his receptionists as well. They are always friendly. Dr. Koilpllai has great bedside manners. He will sit and answer all of my questions and any time I call and leave a message, my call is normally returned within 24 hours. I would refer him to all my family and friend. I have never had one bad interaction with him nor his staff. I am very grateful for him.

Great doctor. Mother passed away many months back. Without his help and knowledge she would have passed away a long time ago. Has called our family at home to see how she was doing. Always fit her in when needed medical attention!

If you go to another Dr he will not take you back! He thinks he is great but not caring or really interested in you as a pat

I was in a hurry but Dr. Koilpillai was more hurried. Short visit.
