Had the same BS as Barbara T.! Was told I had to have the exam first when I tried to book a cleaning and exam in the same visit which is the standard. They took me back 40 min. after my appt., x-rays and the exam took 30 min. tops, but I was there 2 HOURS. The only reason I finally got out was I kept standing up in the hallway looking angry. Was told, me who goes every 6 months, brushes twice a day, flosses daily AND does everything my dentist told me for 20+ years and am not on chemo or other treatments which may negatively impact my teeth, that I needed a deep cleaning for extra $$. I made it very clear to the receptionist that I was booking for the standard 6 month cleaning that the insurance covered and nothing else. Show up today and they take me back almost immediately. Izzy, the hygenist says it's the deep cleaning and I said no, it the standard 6 month cleaning. Izzy says, "No it has to be the deep cleaning because that's what it shows you need." No. I have to see the office manager. WHY? How's she going to explain why I need a deep cleaning??? She leaves me cooling my heels, so I get up and walk out to where she chatting with the girls. I said I made it VERY clear when I made the appt. that it was ONLY for the insurance covered cleaning. She said "I made the appt. online". I said NO, RIGHT HERE AFTER THE EXAM. "Well, you have to have the deep cleaning." Are you refusing to give me the standard cleaning I requested when I made the appt. and for which insurance covers? "YES". So I left am am reporting them to my insurance company so they can be removed as a provider.

It has been 6 1/2 weeks waiting for my crown to come in, called office 4 times and am told not in yet, outrageous. I called 2 more times and told the office that my temporary came out, and was told if it doesn't hurt it is not emergency. Unfortunately I paid in full Nov 8 so probably being ignored so they can get more suckers in the office to pay. If I do not hear by Tuesday am calling better business bureau and then Attorney General office. They are ruining my teeth. Can't imagine it is good to leave a temporary tooth out for 3 weeks Updated 12/28/23 Thanks Jonathan for the information. I emailed them and someone called yesterday. I told her It is outrageous to not have my crown in after 7 weeks now, of course she thru the blame on the lab. I told her that I thought it crazy to me that no one in this office that need crowns, etc. since Nov 8th has received nothing I asked to see if I can get a refund of my $900 paid out of my pocket, she said she would leave a note for the office manager yesterday, and of course no one called yet. I did contact the Better business bureau and they told me to get the tracking number and date my tooth mold was sent , and the name and telephone number of the lab and then they will investigate. So that is what I need and a refund of my money paid.

First time at W. H. Office and it was professional though a bit confusing. I was to have a cleaning but that ended up needing a medical clearance and insurance approval. The staff was very cordial especially the one at the reception desk.

The people here are very nice and take great care of the customer, I had a great experience here and the technology here is fantastic. I got a new set of dentures and they were a perfect fit. Thank you so much for your help and making me to smile 😃 with confidence.

Visite esta oficina para hacerme puente fijo de dos muelas El doctor no lo sentía tan profesional sentí me lastimó el nervio de una muela regreso a su oficina con dolor y me dijo tenía que hacerme un rus canal en esa muela hago una cita en otra oficina de sage y cundo voy a la cita me dicen que el médico puso en las notas que son 3 le digo al personal que hablen con el doctor para que ponga en la notas lo mismo que me dijo Ami su repuestas es que no le dirían nada que si no puedo hacerme las 3 que me quede con el dolor le sigo diciendo es que solo es una que me duele después que el me lastimó el nervio de verdad no recomendaría ese lugar eso me pasó 18 diciembre 2023 Estoy esperando para ver otro doctor en otra oficina que mala esperiencia

The staff at the desk are kind and most helpful and friendly and then the team all the team they’re just very kind and they make you feel important and you will be taken care of. Dr. Rashad was very kind …explained the procedure in detail and did a wonderful job literally giving me new teeth I am in awe as to how my teeth look His assistant Marvin and Yanka were so kind and supportive . I plan on sharing this with my friends and recommending them to use this office for their dental experience thank you each and everyone of you

The staff at the desk are very professional. They extended .e every courtesy with regard to my scheduling and the dentists are awesome! They were gentle and very knowledgeable.
