Had the displeasure of dealing with this dr via Dr on Demand outside of my regular Physician’s actual hours. Incredibly rude woman. There are many many eye doctors in King County; any alternative would be better.

Dr. Phan is probably one of the best doctors I have ever seen. I have Sarcoidosis somewhat rare condition, at the first appt 5 years ago, she was extremely knowledgeable. She immediately started monitoring possible side effect of my meds. She is very thorough, takes the time to explain things very clearly. I have seen her during a very busy office day and again she was patient, and took time to explain my condition in depth. She is fabulous!

Dr Phan surgically removed a chalazion, a stye infection that became troublesome. She was attentive and comforting in the delicate surgery that took place on the underside of my eyelid. And felt that she knew exactly what she was doing. I'd highly recommend her.

Doc Phan is a good doctor and provide good service. However, watch out for the rip off billing office. We our 50 days cruise and their office keep piling up the late charges. Their billing items were also questionable. After we cleared with the insurance office, they have charged several time late fee. So when visit this office make sure to tell them they cannot bill for services that insurance do not allow up front. They also charge $100+ for new patient.

Got a $140 bill for a visit regarding a simple eye problem. She was pretty informative though, but the bill is larger than I have had for other typical doctor's visits ($75).

Dr. Phan is a great doctor! I have been going to her for several years and I am always very satisfied with her treatment. She spends a lot of time with you and explains everything in great detail. I highly recommend Dr. Phan.
