When I moved to WH in 1997, on my first visit with Dr. Gatto, I asked for a prescription I have been giving associated with my periods. Instead of giving me the prescription he asked why I needed it. I had seen several doctors about in extreme pain throughout the month and especially during my period. He immediately suspected endometriosis and wanted to do a laparoscopy. No other doctors even mentioned this. As it turns out my insides were eaten up with endometriosis and I needed a complete hysterectomy. It completely fixed the problem and I had no complications. He since then had to do another unrelated surgery on me, again with no complications. I find Dr Gatto personable, caring , and kind. He knows his patients. His staff is wonderful and I would recommend him to anyone needing a doctor . I was his patient first 15 years. I moved away for six. I’m back in Winterhaven and plan on returning to him. I also visit his medical spa for treatments I have also had no complications with those and I’m happy with my results. If I could give Dr Gatto more than five stars I would!

Only communicates with “certain” nurses.In 3 years, I have literally spoken a hand full of words to this physician, even while caring for his patients. Very arrogant and condescending attitude. I actually dread seeing him come into the office.

I was absolutely thrilled after my first appointment. Dr. Gatto made me feel comfortable and at ease. He answered all of my questions and was overall just absolutely fantastic.

He is a wonderful doctor and truly cares about his patients. He answers all of your questions and never rushes you. I have endometriosis and he has taken care of me for years. He is the only doctor I have ever had that really care about how the patients feels and their quality of life.

Dr. Gatto was my first gynecologist. I was young and so scared. He helped calm me and was funny which also eased the tension.

HE SUCKS!!!!! Doesn't know what hes talking about. Didn't charge my insurance company correctly so I had to pay a lot of money. He was very rude!
