I went to Owl Now Urgent Care in Winter Haven, FL with my 82 year old mother in a wheel chair and met one of the best and personable doctors ever! Hi name is Henryk Malczak! He spent a lot of time with us, was meticulous when checking over her and explained everything that was going on. He even helped with other medical things we weren't intending to ask about, but he had our trust instantly!

He does not listen to his patients… a mother knows her child best. He said I have heard it 1000 times when you tell Him something. Everything is viral. Update!! Because he did not listen and the baby had a virus for 6 weeks. We went to another pediatrician 4 days later and her nose was nasty and had double ear infections! Thanks for the not caring, know it all Demeanor! I want to personally thank you for the sleepless nights and miserable child because you decided not to listen after the baby was already miserable for 6 weeks! IT WAS NOT VIRAL!!!

Extremely rude doctor, if you can consider him one. Did not bother to explain anything to me and when I started asking question he tried to leave the room. Does not speak good English and is not friendly. Did not bother to wash his hands at all, or he introduce himself to me before examining me. Terrible human and extremely rude. He does not deserve to be practicing. He needs to fix and check himself before he checks anyone else.

Came off very cocky & rude.Went into have a painful cyst drained from a VERY sensitive area. When he walked in I informed him that I had a cyst and his response was, "well if you already diagnosed it and know the location of it then why are we here?". Gave absolutely no step by step talk through of what he was about to do. Just started stabbing & squeezing it. Froze the area before but didn't ask if it was numb before stabbing a scalpel into it! Extremely painful.Very dismissive. Never returning

So happy that I found Dr.Adler some time ago. Now I do not need to worry where to go if my kids are sick. I know that he will be able to help us and I totally trust him my kids. Thanks for your service.

We saw him at owl now in south Lakeland. He was very rude, dismissed the concern we had for bringing our son in. And misdiagnosed him. His attitude when I asked him questions and his responses that were cocky are the reason I am writing this review. Please do not take your children to him!

Did not listen to side effects of drugs. Made me worse - blurred vision, loss of taste, pain, and he just ignored
