Anne-Marie Jones's Online Review Report Card

She has horrible bedside manner. My husband and I decided we wanted to start trying to have children. I messaged Dr. Jones to tell her and ask what if anything I needed to start taking. I got a response with what to do. 6 months later I went in for my yearly check up. She asked if I was taking birth control (obviously didn't read chart or remember me). I replied no and why, which she then responded with "well I guess it's okay". Then after asking how long we have been trying (6 months) she said "Oh, your best chance of getting pregnant is between 3-6 months of trying. Now you need to go to an IVF facility to find out what's wrong."

I was scheduled for an appointment this morning at 9.30am. After a wait of 20 mins, I was told the doctor wasn’t available. What a waste of my time when I drove almost an hour, made arrangements for my toddler’s care, missed work and only to be told my appt is cancelled. Not going back since I have no confidence this wouldn’t happen again

I went to see Dr. Jones in 2014 for my menstrual cramps, she recommended an ablation which I had never heard of but sounded like it would be the cure to all my issues. I woke up from the procedure in excruciating pain which she brushed aside and sent me home. After weeks of horrible pain and terrible bleeding she said I had an infection due to my lack of following her instruction which I absolutely did not do. After a year of horrible pain I went and got an opinion from another dr. I ended up needing a hysterectomy. In my opinion I would stay away from this dr. I only bring this up now because I had a friend who said she saw Dr. Jones the other day and she recommended getting an ablation to her, I told her to run!

Dr Jones is so wonderful! She goes above and beyond to care for her patients! Even after moving an hour away. I continue to make the drive for her care and expertise! My experience with the entire staff has been great as well.

This is my first year with Dr Jones and I’m very impressed. She and her staff are friendly and very caring. A diagnostic mammogram was needed and a biopsy and cancer was discovered. I was sent to a breast surgeon and Dr Jones called me to see how I was doing when she got the news. She explained exactly what I had and let me know I was in good hands. The news of cancer is overwhelming and I was quite angry because I had no idea there was a tumor deep in my breast and lymph nodes. She has been amazing with me and quickly makes time for me with other potential issues that have appeared during my journey. I’m so glad I found her. Thank you Dr Jones. You and your staff are wonderful.

Great doctor who really listens to her patients. The office is always great and handles patients like people instead of numbers. Always call back and follow up.

It was my first time at an OBGYN and I was a little nervous but Dr. Jones was amazing and very friendly! She answered all questions that I had and made me feel comfortable. I'm so glad I found her. I've recommended her to my cousin and sister in law and now they're going to schedule an appointment with her as well!

I absolutely love Dr Jones. She'd been my GYN for approximately 5 years. I had a hysterectomy 2 yrs ago and she came to see me at the hospital on her day off to make sure i was alright. These days Doctors do not have much time to spend with patients but she has always taken the extra time to listen to my needs. I pray that she never moves.

This Doctor and her Staff are awesome, My wait time is always minimum and the Doctor always spend the time needed to answer your questions. From the time I walk in to the time I check out the staff is prompt, professional and Kind.
