This doctor has helped me tremendously over the years. He has been courteous and cordial and treated me with great respect and was very understanding of my problem. I'm not sure just exactly what was wrong with the person they treated in 2009 but obviously he is very inaccurate. His assistant, his wife Susan, is absolutely fantastic. I have never been treated so well by a doctor's office.

Paid over $400.00 for a shot that didn't work. He wanted me to schedule another appointment, which I did, but cancelled because the shot did not work and his nurse, who is also his wife, was very nasty to me when I called and asked her to prescribe pain pills. I was in excruciating pain that the shot did not help, and this woman had no sympathy. My spouse called and talked to her, and she told him I was acting like a big baby. He finally got her to prescribe pain pills, but she was nasty to him, making derogatory comments about me being a big crybaby. (I have to really be suffering to cry, and I was). I then went to a family dr and got a cortesone shot in the pain area, which eliminated the pain, so I cancelled the appointment w/this doctor and never went back. This dr, by the way, had a nice manner about him, but his wife was rude and nasty, and her behavior was uncalled for.

A small selective practice, all new patients are carefully screened and receive the Doctor's personal approval before scheduling an appointment, after that, you receive all the personal time required directly and exclusively from the Doctor himself. Time waiting is never a factor to patients once they experience receiving a kind of care that is worth the wait! When it is your time to come in, you will never be rushed to make up lost time so that the office can run out of the door at the stroke of 5:00 or whatever. They close only when they are through with the last patient, whatever the time may be. Treating patients with dignity and respect is automatic, yet so very sincere, personal and uneexpected in todays world, I promise that you cannot help but notice this immediately and how a little old-fashioned caring relaxes you.
