Arianna Becker's Online Review Report Card

Doctor Becker is the best primary doctor I have ever had. She addresses all of my concerns, is easily reachable, and provides top notch service and hospitality! Her staff is just as amazing. I never have any issues when trying to schedule an appointment, or during one. The facility is clean, and I feel safe when coming here. Super blessed to have a reputable health team care for my health! I definitely recommend doctor Becker as a PD!

Having a PCP that cares is critical in todays world. With healthcare being so high demanded, and having short staffed offices since COVID-19, its hard to find someone who actually cares and is interested in ensuring your health is protected, truly and personally. I switched to Dr. Becker because I had heard amazing reviews. I am glad I listened, and it was worth the wait to see her. She took her time with me. She asked me questions, booked my next appointment, and made me feel special. She is extremely organized and I love that about her. I was with her over 40 minutes and I have nothing but great things to say. It was my first visit, and she made me feel more valued than my old PCP I was with for over 5 years.

I visited Dr. Becker for the first time because she was highly recommended by several people where I work. I have an intense phobia of medical offices, hospitals, and pharmacies, so I was a bit nervous, but the staff here quickly put me at ease. The parking is quick and easy and close to the office. They also have an in-house lab if you need lab work done. The office itself is in a gorgeous building and it doesn't have that scary "medical facility" vibe with the linoleum floors and the overpowering disinfectant smell. The booking, check-in, and check-out processes were easy and seamless. I got there early and didn't have to wait more than a few minutes. COVID protocols are in place and I felt secure because of it. The receptionist was very kind and the male nurse (I can't remember his name) was friendly and likeable. Dr. Becker herself is very attentive and I immediately got the impression that she genuinely cares about her patients. Overall a great experience and I'm hoping that this office will help me overcome my medical phobia.

We had a horrible experience with setting the appointment and seeing Dr. Becker! I had a 4:30 appt (televisit) and they forgot I was on and left me waiting I. Their virtual waiting tom for an hr and a half! I had called at 4:45 and they told me they were aware of the fact I was on hold and never connected me at all and left for the day and completely forgot about me. The next I called and told me and they told me that I couldn’t see the Dr. until another month or so because they had no appts, they then called me to let me know someone cancelled and the Dr. could see me right away, I couldn’t because I was busy at that moment and they never scheduled anything else and never called me back. I called back after I received a letter saying that I missed their appt and asked to speak to a manager, i never got connected to one and they never called me back. They are very unprofessional and disorganized in that office.

Very genuine doctor. Got me the help I needed quickly! So happy I finally found a good primary! It really feels like she cares. She takes the time to check on your physical help of course but also your mental health. Thank you Dr. Becker!

I was late 10 min. and I was told that I have to re schedule my apoiment. Every time I went "ON TIME" I have to wait at least half hour. This is not the way you treat your pacient. Definite not going back, will look for a real profesional family doctor. By the way I'm taking that star back.

Dr Becker & the entire staff have been wonderful! We are new to the area and they have made our transition as smooth as possible. Dr Becker always listens carefully and follows through with good questions and suggestions. The young man at the front desk is friendly (even wished my husband a belated happy birthday). And Dr Becker’s nurse is caring & competent. So glad we found this doctor!
