This man, Armon Jadidian, gaslit from the moment he opened his mouth. Way off base stating the ear pain (that I relayed to his intake nurse) was TMJ before he discussed anything OR looked into my sinus/throat. Then patronized me by sending me to get my hearing checked…if he had read my decades long history with his colleague, Tipernini, he’d understand why with a COMPLETELY open sinus passage from surgery I am prone to moisture in my ear. Had zero interest in my being there. He is careless and it was a complete waste of my time and money. There is a reason his schedule allowed my visit over TIperneni's...I won’t be going back and I am writing this because no one should have to pay or endure this treatment. Everyone has a bad day, however I gave them the opportunity to discuss this matter with me and they decided not to. PEACE.

No consideration for patient’s time and somehow doesn’t understand that everyone can hear him speaking rudely about patients behind a door. The staff was obviously embarrassed by his behavior and lack of professionalism. Yikes.

This is the 2nd time I make an Appt holding for 30mns+…and each time, I give it a couple of days, they cancel it for a reason or another! So frustrating, I’m done!

Went to this office for occasional dizziness, first they checked my hearing, which was a joke as the 2 people outside the "sound proof" booth were talking loudly and it was hard to hear the faint beeps, then on to the doctor who didn't really listen to my symptoms, never looked in my ears or my nose for possible reasons for the intermittent short dizzy spells. Kept telling me that most likely it was benign paroxysmal positional vertigo which I knew I already had due to being diagnosed many years ago and given exercises. Then I am told I need to go to vestibular therapy.. What a waste of my time and money. Will definitely not go back

Dr. J is professional, on time, and knowledgeable. He sat down and patiently (and thoroughly) answered all of my questions. The plan moving forward is clear and be eased my anxiousness. His whole team was kind and compassionate. This seems to be a pretty special place.

I have been a pt of Dr J for app 6 yrs. He is kind, compassionate n very through. He is never to busy to explain in complete detail, he returns every call n is never to busy to to put your mind at ease.i had surgery by another Dr in that practice and he was a nitemare. I thank God for Dr J , his skill, and devotion to his patients is second to none. iI dont know how i could ever thank him.
