My father has been receiving care for about 4 years now from Assisting Hands East Orlando. My father's aide is so amazing. She is caring and helpful. My father absolutely adores her. I have recommended Assisting Hands to a bunch of my friends for their parents.

Great staff and the aid who takes care of my mother is excellent. Any issues or concerns I have had are always addressed professionally and in a timely manner. I definitely would recommend their service to anyone looking for help with an elderly relative.

This company is great to work for! Professional, easy going staff...I am very impressed! Great onboarding process! Got good amount of clients to keep you busy; and match you with clients that's good for you as well as the clients.Staff are very respectfully to the clients. The clients I work with are very happy the services.

Assisting Hands has taken excellent care of my 86 year old Mom. They are punctual, dependable and above all they are caring. I had three different Aides take care of my Mom and each one was compassionate and I have no negative comments about any of them. Amanda the Scheduler was very accommodating and always followed up to confirm and to give me the name of who would be caring for my Mom. Thank you for everything you did for my Mom and for making this process simple.

Assisting hands is a very caring agency. They try to make a point to have the same caregivers visit consistently, unlike many other agencies where you never know who's going to come. Having a planned schedule is very helpful for the clients. Caregivers are well experienced and willing to learn to do things as the client prefers which makes them very comfortable.

I cannot say enough about this agency!! They are one of a kind!! I love them!! I have used a lot of home care agency's in the past with not such great results. No one comes close to the compassion, love and I can say friendship we have with this company!! The staff is excellent! I speak to Amanda who is the scheduler and she is so upbeat no matter when you call she is always wonderful!! She takes care of all of my needs even in a pinch she is so good at what she does! Rose is so sweet and willing to help put all of our needs together in any way she can and I cannot thank her enough!! Shane was just the light we needed when my brother came out of the hospital in October of 2020! I was unsure if we could find any care due to the pandemic. He has had MS for 39 years and was now in need of 12 hour a day care and Assisting Hands took us in and worked out all the logistics. Tim needed a male caregiver which is very hard to come by and we have been blessed with a very loving and caring man who has become Tim's best friend. He is an angel in our corner that's for sure! I wont mention his name because I don't want anyone to steal him away! All and all they are the best If you are looking for loving care for your family member or friend please call this agency as you wont be disappointed!!!!Love Valarie Moore
