Wonderful experience with AFM healthcare clinic! Dr. Ben Alilin is incredible. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. And kudos to all the staff who was always helpful and kind. Shout out to Mike who have always been helpful and kind everytime I visit the clinic. I highly recommend AFM healthcare clinic and Dr. Ben Alilin!

Let me preface this by saying that this is not after 1 negative appointment, I saw Dr alilin for 3-4 years, all of which were negative. He was very rude at times, stated once that he did not care about what was important to me after cutting me off when I was trying to talk to him. I should've left then but I tried to stick with him simply because of the hassle of changing primary care Dr's. His staff is horribly inefficient. I had to pay out of pocket for things covered by my insurance because the staff made errors on paperwork. The last several appointments I went to I had to follow up myself on every little detail or it wouldn't have been done, including the prescriptions he said he would send to the pharmacy & any tests or referrals. Huge breakdown between what was said by him during the appointment & what actually took place afterwards. Perhaps that's because he's always in such a hurry to end the appointment. In addition, when trying to follow up with his assistant, he was very condescending on several occassions & acted as if I was making his life far too difficult when I was merely trying to make sure what the dr ordered was actually completed. I also frequently had problems getting them to answer the phone, or getting any follow up thats reliable from the staff. I've never left a negative review about a Dr but in 52 years of visits I've never had one this bad this consistently. I just hope this either helps him treat people better or helps others go elsewhere, either way.

I’ve been going to Dr. Alilin for about a year now and he is the absolute BEST doctor I’ve ever had. This practice is very attentive to the needs and concerns of the patient. Twice I’ve emailed them once during the week and I got a call the very next morning, the second time I emailed late Friday evening and got a call first thing Monday morning addressing my issue and getting me in the following day to see the doctor. Dr. Ben’s asst. Mike is terrific. If I could give them a 10+ I would.
