I have been suffering from allergy for a few years now. Every year it was headache, drowsyness, itchy eye, running nose, bleeding nose, yellow discharge, and sharp pain in the nose. I often have to breath through my mouth when I sleep and would often wake up with dry mouth. Dr, Jacinto change my medication and dosage. And recommend me new spray, new meds, and flush to treat my sinus infection. I got tested to find out what I was allergic to and I am currently free of all of the complications described above. Thank you
Dr. Jacinto is amazing and his staff is very friendly! Hardly any appointment wait times and scheduling is a breeze. My calls are answered promptly and I finally feel like i’m on the right track to remedy my allergies.
Dr Jacinto gives you time. He asks a million questions , explains what hes doing, why he is doing it and ask's you numerous times if you have questions for him. When you ask him questions he never makes you feel like a nuisance. He explains everything he can in good detail goes over the meds and inhalers clearly on how to use them and what to expect. So many times when I go to a doctor I feel rushed and that I did not get quality care. I feel scared to ask a question or brushed off when I do. Thank you Dr Jacinto. When I go for my weekly allergy shots depending on what day of the week I go I get various quality of care in Altamonte springs location. Otherwise I would give him five stars
I have been seeing this Doctor for me and my Son for almost two years; yes he spends a lot of time with his patients; which is great, he will not leave the room until he has answer all of your questions, and is very detail oriented. Some people complaint about this, well, if you want the best care, that is what you will get with Dr. Jacinto. There are plenty of Doctors out there that work based on time, they will see you for 15 minutes, and do not care if all of your concerns and questions have been answered. For those that don't like waiting, and not having the best care, and time is more precious than your health, go with those money hungry doctors.
Honestly it’s crazy to see all the negative reviews... I’ve gone here for YEARS and I absolutely love Dr.Jacinto and his staff, he takes his time to learn each of his patients individually, as well as looking at all possible problems and treatments. Yes sometimes his office has a wait even with appointments but I can guarantee the visit and long term treatment is worth it.
I never like to write bad reviews about doctors because I think they have a really hard job but I have to save people from WAITING HOURS to see this allergist - Dr Jacinto. I have tried this practice as a whole for nearly 3 years with my kids, so I have a very fair assessment of how they operate. If you enjoy waiting hours...and yes I mean HOURS to see the doctor, than this is the place for you. If your appointment is at 9, expect to see the doctor around 11 or 12 because he is so "thorough and
I never like to write bad reviews about doctors because I think they have a really hard job but I have to save people from WAITING HOURS to see this allergist - Dr Jacinto. I have tried this practice as a whole for nearly 3 years with my kids, so I have a very fair assessment of how they operate. If you enjoy waiting hours...and yes I mean HOURS to see the doctor, than this is the place for you. If your appointment is at 9, expect to see the doctor around 11 or 12 because he is so "thorough and take so much personal time with each patient before you." This has happened EVERY TIME I've gone here for years! Imagine being trapped in a small room with a toddler for hours....its not fair to the kids. I see many specialists with my kids (even the Director of Pediatric Neurology at Arnold Palmer) and have never waited more than 15 minutes for him and he spends 20 to 40 minutes with me and my son each visit. This allergy office does NOT have a doctor that is thorough and overly caring (as they will repeat to you over and over again), they have a doctor that has forgotten that his patient's time is just as valuable as his. They are not scheduling patients appropriately to avoid excessive wait times when this has been a chronic issue for years. I've even tried to talk to the doctor and nurses about it and been told "do you want to wait and be seen or not." The doctor has no desire to change his office culture of habitually running late and abusiveness to his patients. Also, when you ask for an update of your wait time be sure you do not act the least bit annoyed that the doctor is running behind because the staff will have little empathy for you. I can't really blame them. If I got yelled at every day by patients for a doctor who ran HOURS behind, I'd be weary too. Of course, I would leave and find a job where I was appreciated for the great nurse / front office staff I was, but that's just me knowing my worth. When you do get to see the doctor be prepared to only talk about the body system that he is in at the moment (nose, then chest, then skin, then ears, etc) no general overview here folks! And, God forbid you go back or talk about something ahead of the body system you're in. But, this is what he considers thorough and personalized care for each patient. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! GO TO WINDERMERE ALLERGY INSTEAD! You will thank me! (Oh, and I should note that I started at their Winter Park location with Dr. Anderson, whom I loved, but her nursing staff messed up my kids prescriptions every visit and I'd spend hours trying to fix it afterwards. According to Dr. Jacinto, her colleague at this location, he also didnt understand why she tested my kid twice for environmental allergies before the age of 2 when he apparently doesn't have the antibodies to respond to the test properly).
If I could give 0 star I would. Worst doctor ever, worst staff ever! They told us he would have availability at 1:15 pm (06/06/2018) but since I was a new patient they asked me to get there early so I could fill all the forms, I got there 1:00pm, it was 2:45 and I was still there waiting for the doctor to come see me. The lady that stays in the front.. so disrespectful and rude, clearly doesn’t know how to work in an environment like that. She had the audacity to say that the doctor still had one patient ahead of us even though I was waiting there for almost 2 HOURS from my appointment. They clearly don’t know how to treat they’re patients, and need to rethink about their staff, we obviously left and the lady in front (she was brunette and wearing blue) she could barely look in our faces when we were talking to her. My opinion, don’t ever make an appointment with them, waste of time and money.
Thorough, detailed and explains complicated issues in clear terms..
I took my 8 yr old son who suffers from asthma and allergies to see Dr. Jacinto for a new pt appointment. Dr. Jacinto spent 4 hours with us getting a very detailed patient history and pinpointing the problems he saw and coming up with a game plan to get my son healthy and happy. Dr. Jacinto was very educated in his speciality and was very kind. You could tell he has passion for his work and wants to help people feel their best.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
