10 STARS. I wish I could give Dr. Cesar and the whole clinic 10 starts. I am a new patient to this clinic and from setting up the appointment to checking in and getting lab works done on the premises, referrals, etc, they are the BEST. Jenny, at the front desk always greets me with a smile and is very friendly. Dr. Cesar, is the BEST. He spent almost 45 minutes with me going over test results line by line and answering all my questions and concerns. He is also very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to THANK YOU DR. CESAR

They have been very good to me. Any physicians office you go to now has a waiting period. No complaints. The office staff was good even though their load is very heavy. Dr C was always very informative to me and took time to answer my questions. Maybe some need to speak up and not just sit and wait for Dr's to read their minds.

Where do I begin with how unsatisfied I am with this Doctor and his entire office. First time visit - the wait was over 2 HOURS! Subsequent visits -he got patients mixed up -gave wrong information. Prescribed a medication which caused irreparable harm - now dealing w/a new condition due to the medication.. Most recently after requesting a renewal of a current medication he called in the wrong one. No one EVER answers the phone. It takes a week to get a call back. The staff is clueless.& rude

First visit, Real RUDE! Comes in office without stating his name or who he is. Sit's down and starts typing away on his little lab top. Talks and does not give you eye contact. No smile, no acknowledgment and no manners. Doesn't ask if I had any further questions of our consultation. Simply Rude, lack of compassion..Would not recommend this so called doctor to anyone. The front desk, doesn't even acknowledge you when you walk in?
