List of Charles Williams's Reviews
My husband and I have been coming to Dr. Williams office since we returned to FL and we can honestly say that this it the first doctor that we've had in years that honestly cares about our experiences. The ladies that work up front, I can only remember Mary's name, are always so kind and remind me of my family members. The nursing staff is excellent as well! This past visit, John was my nurse and he was a true delight. I always have a difficult time donating blood due to small veins, and he really took his time with me and explained fun health facts for me. Dr. Williams is also a very thorough doctor and I'm glad that we've joined this practice.
The doctor and medical staff here are good. The front desk makes things so difficult when trying to schedule an appointment it's not worth having Dr. Williams as a pcp. I have been attempting to use them as my PCP for 2 years. Almost every time I've been sick they make me hang up and take a covid test before even being willing to schedule an appointment, even if my symptoms are not covid related. It's the constant run around. I called to ask about getting immunizations, and they're telling me to call my highschool to get my records instead of doing what I ask. When I do have appointments, it's very hit or miss. I've had appointments first thing in the morning and had to wait in the waiting room for over 2 hours. This has happened with tele-health too, where I'm told to expect a call around a certain time, and it doesn't come for over 3 hours. Just find a doctor's office that follows NORMAL policies. I've been to many different pcps over the years, and this is the worst experience I've ever had.
Went for my annual physical and they performed comprehensive lab work and an EKG. I received the EKG results immediately and a call back regarding the blood work promptly. Prescription renewal requests from Walgreens pharmacy are handled quickly as are referals when necessary. Dr. Williams has been my primary physician for decades.
One of the worst Dr. Offices I have seen in a while. Front office is rude, doesn't explain anything when setting up appointments. Dr. requirements are something out of the 50s. Dr. needs to close practice and retire. In response to the reply. I did not setup an appointment for a physical, I specifically asked to refill asthma medication and possibly back on Adderall. The front of the house, decided that I needed a physical, and bloodwork. I went to another doctor, advised what I was looking for. At no time did, I want a physical or blood work and if this was explained then I wouldn't have wasted my time. Do not go to this doctor for any reason, the staff is rude, they have zero understanding of patient needs.
Great doctor, he and his staff have been taking care of us for over thirty years. All the specialists he refers us to have been excellent also.
Great Doctor. Finds all my heath problems, some serious.
I have been going to dr. Williams for about 30 years. He is wonderful and so is his staff. I highly recommend him.
The very best Doctor I have ever seen
Doctor Williams is an excellant doctor and attends your needs
Useless. Doctor doesn’t care about his own health so he definitely doesn’t care about yours. Gave me a lazy diagnosis and told me to “deal with it.”

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
