This dr is a genius but hus anesthesia dr is ignorant, rude and judgemental. Had my hydro wth iv sedation she debated anxiety and depression with Me even though I begged her to stop Sorry Stat In your own lane I do not put people out she is not my psychiatrist very upset

Had Dr. Cohen as my urologist for several years. Nice guy but I would not recommend his services. Two hour waits in his office, usually. Appointments cancelled without much notice. The procedure I had done to deal with what is called a Hydrocele has come back even worse. Finally, I was put through a two month scare, believing that I had prostate cancer. The biopsy came back negative. I have not seen him or any other Urologist since, which is not good. I need a recommendation for an alternative.

Don't waste your time booking here. He's always triple booked out. Unfortunately the people who suffer are the patients, waiting literally HOURS. I was told that he only does procedures on Mondays and Tuesdays but also is working in a hospital. Why do they continue to book him this way if it's a known issue? VERY POOR MANAGEMENT.

I believe that Dr. Cohen is an excellent and caring doctor. He is really an terrific urologist. More important, he is always available if you need to speak with him. I do not know of many doctors who are so receptive to the needs of their patients. His staff is excellent and very courteous. I strongly recommend him.

Dr. Cohen's skills changed my life in a very positive manner, as a result of an aquablation surgery early in Oct of 2021. :). Sure his waiting room is busy. So what. He and his staff are in demand! Thank you! Steve M.

Very disorganize office, appointments are not managed properly, as a result, the patients have to wait hours to see the doctor (my husband waited 4hours ). They need to improve communication within the staff so patients have answers when needed, they promise call back but never do so it is very stressful for patients. We have been trying to contact the doctor because my husband has a high discomfort pain and little bleeding nobody returned his phone calls, this is way beyond bad, we just need to end this treatment ASAP to change this doctor.

I’ve posted once about how we never got my husbands test results after several requests. The tests were done April 26. My husband has now been diagnosed elsewhere with bladder cancer. His negligence is unbelievable. I would not recommend him.

The first time I saw Dr. Cohen. It was two hours before I was seen. The second visit was scheduled and told by there at 10:30 for a procedure with anesthesia so no food or water from midnight before.. Procedure didn’t occur until 4p.m. So was in his office for six hours and no food or water for almost 24 hours. He showed up 2 hours late for surgery After surgery, I was in pain, so I was given some IV Fentanyl. When I was discharged, I was given two prescriptions’: an antibiotic and something for bladder spasm. However, there was NOTHING written for pain. My surgery follow up was scheduled two days later I waited 90 minutes before being taken to a room and another hour in the back to talk to the P.A. for 3 minutes. There is no respect for the patient. The office has no consideration for the patient’s time, having them fast including lack of water for nearly 24 hours is inexcusable or a doctor not give the patient anything for pain after surgery is almost malpractice.

Long waits seem to be the norm. They also refuse to return phone calls. I was scheduled for surgery at the Orlando Outpatient Surgery Center but was told they couldn’t do the surgery because I was considered a high risk patient. They said the surgery would have to be done in a hospital. They also said that they would notify Dr. Cohen. I waited about a week and a half but heard nothing from the doctors office. Then I started calling them. Rarely was able to speak to a human but I always left a message. Still no response from them. I see no alternative but to find another doctor.
