my prescription had expired and i called every single possible line including the emergency and they all told me to leave a voicemail and they’d call me back. never got a call back or to even talk to a real person. this is my hormones that are at risk here and they won’t even answer the damn phone. garbage

Dr. Cohen has provided excellent urologic care to a family member who is battling cancer. His compassion is obvious to not only the patient, but to our family who assist in her care.

Worst run physicians office. Long waits, communication non existent. Was promised phone call for consultation with doctor, never called to schedule. Office manager is a liar. Horrible experience.

Dr. Cohen practices an excellent procedure for BPH . I was in pain and I couldn’t urinate ; life had become terrible for me. Dr. Cohen saw me, examined me , referred me to specialists prior to surgery . He did an amazing job ( I now pee like a stallion , no pain , no retention ). Along the way he removed a stone on my bladder , found an aggressive cancer on my prostate , cleaned out the prostate , put the tumor to “sleep” ( for 6 months ) and had me come back for follow-up treatment with an excellent radiology oncologist who is treating me now . I feel great . Dr. Cohen is extremely intelligent , knowledgeable , decisive and caring . He acted swiftly , explaining the treatment completely and has me on the road to health . I can honestly say he saved my life , and I love him for that . I will be seeing him for follow-up for a year or two , and I am very confident and optimistic under his compassionate and thoughtful care . The best medical experience of my life , and I’m 84 .

I saw Dr Cohen a few times of the few years I no longer see him. Every time I saw him I had over 4 hour waits and sub par service. After the first time I met Dr Cohen he begged me to leave a 5 star review because other customers had left him low reviews. I told him I would not, due to the long wait times in which he said he would not stop taking last minute paitents, inconveniencing his paitents with appointments. When I saw Dr Cohen my whole day had to be dedicated to the visit because of how much of my time he loved to waste. His office billed me incorrectly and refused to correct this issue for years. Now this debut I do not owe is in collections for the offices mistake. By far the worst Dr and Dr's office I have ever had the displeasure to attend. I do not recommend. I hope this gets their attention, as well as a warning as they do not respond to my calls.

Appointments are usually a surprise when you arrive. And when you get to the area waiting usually there is a lengthy wait.

Their appointment system is worthless. You go at your appointment time and it’s ALWAYS a minimum 2 hour wait.

Had Dr. Cohen as my urologist for several years. Nice guy but I would not recommend his services. Two hour waits in his office, usually. Appointments cancelled without much notice. The procedure I had done to deal with what is called a Hydrocele has come back even worse. Finally, I was put through a two month scare, believing that I had prostate cancer. The biopsy came back negative. I have not seen him or any other Urologist since, which is not good. I need a recommendation for an alternative.

This dr is a genius but hus anesthesia dr is ignorant, rude and judgemental. Had my hydro wth iv sedation she debated anxiety and depression with Me even though I begged her to stop Sorry Stat In your own lane I do not put people out she is not my psychiatrist very upset
