Had a great first visit today with Dr. Seff. Staff was very nice and I was seen on time. Once my appointment started Dr. Seff took his time listening to my concerns and I didn’t feel rushed at all. This is the third dermatology office I’ve tried in Orlando in the last four years and looks like I finally found the one to stick with. Thank you!

I went to Dr. Seff for an issue I was having; he took one look at my skin, did not do a skin scrape or a blood draw, and simply said it wasn’t anything he had ever seen. He prescribed me a steroid cream and said it will either work or it won’t. Honestly, I’m pretty sure I’ve had better experiences from Navy Corpsmen in the Marine Corps… giving two stars instead of one because at least he prescribed me with quite a few refills of the steroid cream which does offer some temporary relief. Going to another dermatologist for a second opinion, per the advice of my doctor. I’m sure Dr. Seff is an accomplished dermatologist, as he has been doing it for a long time now, and I’m sure that if it had been a more common skin condition, he would have been of better assistance, but ultimately, he seemed arrogant and apathetic with regard to a condition he had never seen or heard of.

I visited Dr. Seff’s office for my annual skin check and the whole staff was very welcoming and professional. As an esthetician in the area, it is not only beneficial for me to have found their office, but also for my clients who I am always reminding to receive skin checks as well! Very pleasant experience and will be happy to refer others!

What an AWESOME experience. I was a new patient who got in very quickly and was able to see an actual physician. Dr. Seff was great, the staff was great - and super efficient. I walked in and out of the office within 20 minutes which included the new patient exam and a procedure to remove a mole. The doctor even deterred me from removing a small cyst stating it would be more risk (of infection) than just leaving it - which hurt his bottom line. You can tell they care about you and your health, not your wallet. Very Impressed. You will be, too.

From the moment I walked in the door, I was made to feel welcome and cared for. The staff is kind, courteous and professional. Dr. Seff is very communicative and it was obvious that his priority is to educate his patients. Even when there was a mixup in the billing (nobody's perfect), it was handled swiftly and professionally. Highly recommend.

He the absolute best in the business, not just knowledgeable but a phenomenal bed side manor that truly make you feel cared for. The entire staff is patient and well trained, can’t recommend high enough.
