Dr Martinez is a fine physician. However, his staff is hopeless. After reading previous reviews, I concur that the office staff is the worst I've encountered in over 50 years of dealing with scheduling, administration of prescriptions, and dealing with patients who have an appointment. The staff administrator, Norma, is a primary disappointment. She has no idea of how to run an office or deal with patients. Replacing her would be of great benefit to the practice. As long as she is there, I will find another practice to monitor my health.

Dr Martinez was great. But his office, nurses, and front desk staff are BRUTALLY BAD. ot sure who they hire. But for 3 years I’ve had issues with not answering phone calls, not refilling prescriptions I’ve asked for and needed, and always waiting double the time of my appointment arrival. This place has always been a joke for patient service and I highly recommend you DO NOT go here , regardless of the care Dr. Martinez may give you. Because you will undoubtedly regret it and end up finding a new heart doctor like I am. I will say it again. THE ABSOLUTE WORST PATIENT CUSTOMER I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN ALL OF MY DRS VISITS IN MY 32 YEARS OF LIFE. WHEN I SAY RUN, RUN FAR FAR AWAY AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS FACILITY
