Rude Rude Rude Rude! He don’t care!

Not sure why this place has so many negative reviews. The front desk staff was very friendly and even went out of their way to be helpful and cheerful. Dr. Aragon was very friendly and took the time to explain and explore options for me without making me feel rushed or invalidated. I would definitely recommend this practice to family/friends.

8/15/2023-I had an appointment with Dr Aragon. I have to admit that I was apprehensive because of the reviews that I read about this office and this Doctor. I am here to say that the service that I received today was exceptional. From the start, the ladies at the front desk were professional, courteous, and friendly. Now to Dr Aragon, he was knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and caring. He listened to my concerns and explained what the course of action should be going forward. I say GREAT JOB to the entire team.

He’s horrible. I don’t usually leave a review but this is about my health and I did NOT appreciate the nonchalant edge he had from the time I walked in office! And The facial expressions as you’re trying to explain what’s happening to you and the reason you even scheduled the appointment. I will never schedule a visit him ever! Or recommend him anyone!

Excellent doctor

The doctorErik Aragon, M.D was very arrogant. He interrupted the patient very impolitely and did not listen to the patient's statement. After listening to your medical history, all he does is prescribe you the medicine the previous doctor said, even after you said the medicine didn't work. The plan he said he would do for you actually did nothing.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Aragon. I’m very picky about doctors and medical care. He spent at least an hour with me, which is becoming more rare in the field. He was very thorough. He covered all the bases and even offered that we can discuss matters multiple times via phone calls prior to my next scheduled appointment. His office might be a bit dated, but who cares. I’d rather have good medical care over chic interior design in a waiting room. Edit: I’d like to add, I was reading his other reviews and I see his most common complaints are that he interrupts, stand-offish, etc. My opinion on that is that he likes to get to the point because he knows exactly what he is doing/talking about. I appreciate it…he is clearly not trying to rush anyone out because of the amount of time he spends with you. Thank you Dr Aragon! Looking forward to my next appointment so we can tackle my medical issue! I have confidence in your medical expertise.

Dr. Aragon… more like Dr. Arrogant. I have never felt so disgusted in another person. I would absolutely give him 0 stars if I could. He is the WORST medical professional I have ever seen, if you could even call him a professional. He judged me the second I walked in there and caused my condition to worsen by lack of treatment and not listening to me. I am now seeing a new neurologist and my condition has improved by leaps and bounds. In my opinion he should be out of a practice.

Saw Dr Aragon at Advent Health Altamonte. I must say I haven't ever gone out of my way to leave a negative review. Dr Aragon is extremely rude and arrogant. Shouldn't be working with people at all. I would have opted for no neurology care verses care from such a nasty arrogant person. Avoid this guy at all costs.

It's amazing that this doctor has been a doctor since 1985. Talk about the worst bedside manner a doctor could have, and the arrogance displayed, one foot on the floor and another on the desk, suggests that it's okay to be that. Two visits, each suggesting I haven't listened to his, "there's nothing we can do," then why have a follow up visit. Clearly for the 60 dollar copay for each visit. DO NOT waste your time or money visiting this non caring individual. Take a look at Josie S. comments, his methods are condescending and demeaning. DO NOT USE THIS DR. His score card suggests he doesn't read the information he requests you to fill out, and just knows it all. Perhaps he should change his name to Dr. Arrogant.
