Evelyn Morning's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Morning is an awesome gynecologist!! Personality is a 11 out of 10! Knowledgeable and just an overall beautiful spirit.

The front office staff is agressive and prioritize money over their patients they will try anything to overcharge you or make an appointment and never contact you to charge a no show fee. Their billing dept is a super rude lady that was trying to yell at my partner while she was pregnant and we have had some hard times with her after. Dr, Morning is a great professional i have worked with her in the hospital and she got my partner through her birth. But she needs to get rid of some people in her front office not giving the type of care her reputation upholds.

I loved that I was able to get into my appointment without a wait and the Dr Morning treated me like I was the only patient she had that day. I did not feel rushed at all. The only thing I do not like is being asked to take a perfunctory and unneeded pregnancy test. I have an IUD and am not "active", nor was I coming in for a procedure that being pregnant would have made a difference.

I was charged code 99213 which cost an extra $135 because when asked by Dr. Morning if I had any issues I replied hot flashes which we discussed. When I spoke to the billing department regarding this upcharge, I was told very rudely that anything that comes up during a wellness exam that is not "normal" gets an additional charge. I will think twice about answering if I am having any issues in the future.

Dr. Morning was amazing!!! She was so down to earth yet extremely knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable talking to her and I am so happy I found her!

I have never been treated so disgracefully my entire life by a physician and their office. I was directly referred to Dr. Morning by a colleague of hers at Winter Park Memorial. This same doctor who referred me cared for me while I was in the hospital & reviewed my medical hx completely. This was in part his reasoning for the referral. I was asked to provide my medical hx to the office, which took several attempts due to my & my husband’s work schedule. Throughout the process, all employees involved, aside from Tonya at the front desk seemed very perturbed & put out to have to simply review the records. After receiving them, someone from billing called me. She was very unpleasant and aggressive while asking for $3500 in order for me to be seen. (In network) I explained that my insurance company told me differently, and she said she would get back to me. The next call I received was a VOICE MESSAGE saying I was rejected. I’m 7 mos. pregnant. This is not “care giving”. This is WRONG.

Dr Morning was my physician at the hospital for emergency surgery. I had never met her before. She was absolutely wonderful. She took her time to explain things in detail. In fact she took a long time with me to make me feel safe and cared for in a very scary situation. She came and saw me several times and addressed all my concerns. I was very impressed with her background in the military and her professionalism. Highly recommend!

Dr morning is such a wonderful doctor! She’s the best doctor there to be honest. She doesn’t rush you out the door and always ask if you have any questions or concerns. She’s really down to earth .

Doctor Morning herself is wonderful, patient and answers all your questions. The front staff could use some manners that’s for sure!

While I really like Dr Morning, I will not be returning to see her because she has the rudest front desk I have ever encountered. It is a shame. It is also surprising that she and Dr Cascio would permit this.
