The entire team at this office is incredible. My son had very poor eyesight at a young age, and they took the extra time needed to get an accurate exam while making him feel completely loved throughout the process. Now that he's 5, they determined he needed contacts to help correct his vision -- and it's been the best thing for him. He sees so much better! I highly recommend them. :)

I really don’t like to leave reviews because sometimes they based on false, but I really like this place and I asked him when I went to make my appointment. Did they take my insurance? They told me yes fully covered. I did my exam which consist of a diabetic exam for my eyes which I do yearly, which is fully covered through my insurance. My insurance covers it, but this office still asked me for a co-pay and when I ask him why you asking me for a co-pay when my insurance covers it all they couldn’t really answer the question like why would you do a co-pay? This is a diabetic exam. I don’t I’m not getting anything else but a diabetic exam covered by my insurance if you’re not gonna cover it fully like the Sherman says then you should’ve told me that you never told me that you tell me after the fact and I’m sitting there and you embarrass me so for that reason I wouldn’t not go there again, but Mrs. Kelly the doctor in charge and it’s a shame because she’s the best she is the best. I have no problems with her in her office. They do everything by the book, they did everything they needed to do. My eyes never felt better as the office the girls are not properly trained front desk.

Definitely recommend if you’re tired of Corporate managed healthcare, centralized call centers with people who have no idea what the are doing, this is a place where you feel supported and get the quality service you need. 5 ⭐️ Although, expect to hear a busy signal anda need to redial often as it's hard to get through on the phone. I don't know of another channel you can use to reach them.

Dr. Kelley is one of the best doctors I’ve ever worked with. She is very caring, thorough, and committed to finding the best solution for her patients. The staff are also great.

Always a great experience at Eye Associates of Winter Park. Dr. Straughn takes wonderful care to my infant daughter who was born with a rare congenital eye condition. She is so competent and just plain amazing. Her bedside manner and expertise is top notch. The staff is friendly and the appointments run on time. It's a 2 hour drive for us, but well worth it. My daughter is thriving. Thank you Eye Associates of Winter Park!

The best of the best in Winter Park!

Been a patient of Dr Sandra Barker for over 30 years. Today was the first time I was to see a new doctor because Dr. Barker was on a much deserved vacation. All I can say is that Dr Barker can extend her vacation as Dr Brown is equally good. She attended to every detail and helped ease all my concerns. Kudos to Ms Taylor who handled pre-exam tasks….soft spoken and very professional. The young staff at the front desk was also a delight to engage with. Would highly recommend Eye Associates of Winter Park to take care of your vision.

The entire office staff is so professional yet compassionate. Prior to my appointment I spoke several times with Cassandra, the office manager and also with Katherine from the billing department and both just went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make me feel comfortable about the appointment. My appointment was with Dr. Straughn and she was as thorough, knowledgeable, and caring as I had anticipated from others’ experience and recommendations. All around an absolutely excellent doctor. Thank you for your care and professional advice.
