Dr. Bornstein was great, he is very good at his job and very personable. The office is really bad I waited 2 and a half hours to get to see the doctor, this was my second visit, the first was a consult. The doctor told me he wanted me on antibiotics after the toe surgery. I call my pharmacy that night nothing was called in. The next morning I called the doctor's office. I waited 4 hours and called ...

the office could not give me directions to the office and this place was way out of the way. i asked to make sure i see bornstein on my visit and at the office i waited 1 hour and once i had my room i had a long wait and then here comes a rookie doctor not bornstein and i tell the rookie i am paying an additional $115 and i need to see bornstein and the rookie doctor said i will see him later in the appointment which never happened and i came to have them give me somthing in my shoe to offload the pressure of my weight on my callus. i didnt think imay have to ask several times for this which i did not get. over all i got cheated by not seeing bornstein and not getting somthing for my shoe to alleviate the pain . i should have kept a list taped to to my hand to keep asking till i nget what was needed

My wife had painful foot surgery. The foot wasn't fixed. The foot will be repaired again doing the same surgery again by a different doctor.

Not impressed. He & his staff have been trying to cure a problem with my husband’s feet for over 2 months now. They have succeeded in making the problem worse. They have resisted my attempts at getting a wound care Nurse involved. They put off doing an MRI for weeks. Then they left a dressing on for A WEEK without changing it! No wonder the wound isn’t improving! The staff is pleasant, but I’m not impressed. Since July, he has allowed RESIDENTS to do the treatments with no real oversight.
