List of Hal S Pineless's Reviews
Dr Pineless continues to be a very personable and caring Dr. He listens to my concerns, while answering all questions. He explains his plan of treatment during each visit. This has me feeling very involved in my care, as well as, him respecting me as a person and as a patient. His Staff is just as awesome too. Very welcoming upon entering the office. Assisting with any insurance needs etc. He has ...
Dr.Pineless and his whole staff are very nice and they were so helpful. His PA was so informative! They sure helped my Husband. Thank You Dr.Pineless
Something is wrong with the old lady. She is evil. I spoke to the son Adam, he concurred ole Hal is not a real doctor and mommy dearest, Edy Rudnick Pineless is a nut job. That’s from family. I’m just saying something is wrong with her. I did like the PA Frazeta. Edy girl, get help, something is wrong with you. Are you still my neighbor on Timberline? Be careful Edy, it can be a dangerous neighborhood.
You guys, I’m serious, something is wrong with his wife, the old lady up front. Eddy Rudnick Pineless. She is a horrible human being. No compassion, no empathy. Only disrespectful mouthy old lady. Seriously something is wrong with her.

I attempted to schedule an appointment and had a few questions but the staff was not interested in answering my questions. They just wanted to get the appointment scheduled, based on other comments it seems they want the visit so they can start billing as soon as possible. The person I spoke with was very rude, it is sad that this is what our healthcare system has become.
I am guardian over a family member (epilepsy, cerebral palsy, legally blind) who lives in a small group home. After a move, two visits were made to Pineless in 2022 after a move necessitated a new neurologist. The group home manager preferred that she take him to first visit in which Pineless refused to work with her insisting to see me even though a concise write up along with previous neurologist records. My visit with him, didn’t go well as he refused to write a med change in accordance with APD rules (time(s) of day, treatment) because he had been doing it his way for 40+ years, which required unnecessary phone calls to his staff, which he did not correct. He also responded to a request for clearance for oral surgery in such a way that made it almost impossible to have this minor problem taken care of. Although he may be a competent neurologist, I would not recommend Dr. Hal Pineless because of his refusal to work with the practical concerns of my family member.
Great office. From the front desk, to the nurse, PA and of course Dr Pineless. We had so many questions and he took the time to answer them and did not rush us away. He was very honest but kind and I liked that he didn’t make up things when he wasn’t sure of something. My family and I are happy my mom is under his care.
We were looking for a neurologist for my mom, and after searching and searching we found Dr Pineless and we couldn't be happier. We have been to his office twice and the extraordinary care started from the moment we called, to arriving, to getting checked by the PA and Dr Pineless and even checking out and making another appt. They also took into account that my mom can't use her writing hand and they even helped fill out some paperwork. Although my mom doesn't speak English well, I was there to help but they also had some staff members who spoke Spanish. We are very impressed with how we were treated here, as we have lived in Orlando for more than a decade and have seen bad primary doctors, dentists, pediatrics, specialists, etc. We feel very comfortable and cared for by this office. Completely recommend.
My mother-in-law went to see Dr. Pineless for a second opinion on an undiagnosed condition that has deteriorated over the past year. He had her walk down a hallway and declared her healthy despite her being literally hospitalized last week due to an episode where she lost control over motor skills. I couldn’t help but feel he was extremely condescending and sexist as my sister-in-law tried to explain our ongoing concerns. Further, he didn’t seem to care whether or not our mother was doing well, he didn’t speak to her directly during the appointment and seemed eager to dismiss her health issues as being not neurological. Poor bedside manner and overall seeming lack of concern. Would certainly not recommend.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
