Dr Tran is an amazing Doctor. She is so thorough and professional… I will give her 10 Starts if I can! My surgery with her went very well and I just love her energy and personality! What an outstanding Doctor!

The rating is for both Dr Tran and her office. I had a 2:30 appt. & was told to arrive 20 minutes early. I got there 15 minutes early & waited 10 minutes before being able to check in. I didn't see the Dr until 3:40. She suggested 3 possibilities for my nasal blockage; I chose something called VIVAER. I also told her that I often swallow wrong & she told me to not eat or drink so fast. I swallow wrong even if i'm not eating or drinking but she didn't seem particularly interested. One week later, someone called to ask if I wanted that procedure (I thought I had been clear). "Yes I do." I believe I got a second call saying they were checking w/ my insurance. I called myself another week later to ask what was going on; & was told that there was some issue w/ the maker of the product. It has been more than 5 weeks since the appt. & I have heard nothing further. Very unprofessional & disorganized. Not what I expect with an Advent affiliate.

I was schedule to see Doctor Tran on 08/02/2021. I received a text message confirming my up coming appointment on 07/30/2021 at about 8:00 am. Shortly after that 5-10 minutes later I received another text message stating I have to call the office and reschedule my appointment. I called and was told Dr. Tran would not be in the office on my appointment day and I could do a Tele Visit on 08/03/2021 at 8:30 AM. I was like that's great lets set it up. I was also told that I was DR. Trans 1st appointment that day. Needless to say as I am writing this it is currently 9:57 AM, I am still waiting for the DR's text message to start out Tele Visit. I called the office at 9:00 am to find out if this is common to wait this long, I have done other Tele Visit and have never waited over an hour, with no communication. It took me serval attempts and 25 minuets later to get ahold of someone to help me with this. I was told she may have gotten help up with the patient before me. I stated to the lady from their office that I was told I had the 1st. appointment of the day. The lady at the office said yes you are correct and it should not take this long. She said she got ahold of the nurse and or someone that works with the doctor and will send the link within 5-10 minutes. Again that was at 9:25 AM it is currently 10:01AM. Still no text.

Absolutely the best ear, nose and throat Doctor in the State of Florida and possibly in the entire country. She took great care of me and was the only doctor to finally help my sister who had been suffering for 6 years. She started seeing Dr, Tran and she finally has quality of life back, thanks to fabulous Dr. Tran! Dr. Tran's staff is exemplary too!
