Harleen Anderson Md's Online Review Report Card

Having moved to Florida recently, I have had to find new specialists. Dr. Anderson came highly recommended by an excellent specialist in a different area of medicine. I am so fortunate to have been treated by both specialists. Dr. Anderson is thorough, conscientious, and truly cares about my well-being. Totally impressed with her! After re-reading her reviews, I can say without a doubt that I made a wise choice. I do agree that the entrance to the building is a bit confusing, but I’m a senior citizen as well, so that should be taken into consideration. Dr. Anderson is an excellent doctor and I give her highest honors!

Dr Anderson is the very best Dr I’ve ever had to control my allergies and asthma. She did not give up until I was completely controlled and maintained. She always takes time to explain, and has treated me like one of her family. I highly recommend her!

I question her intelligence. Prob the worst dr I’ve ever been to.

If I could give zero stars I would. The office staff is the most unprofessional group I have ever encountered at a doctors office. I brought my two year old in and they told us the wrong amount of medication to give her. EXTREMELY SCARY!!!!!! I am sitting here after being laughed at and yelled at by Dr. Anderson’s staff. I had my two year old baby in my arms as they treated me aweful. Dr. Anderson would not come out to clarify the amount of medicine I should be giving her. She even wrote it down on a plan form . She said it was wrong . I can not believe this just happend at a place whom I trusted with my two year old daughters medical well being. Dr. Anderson was very nice the first appointment but this situation has caused us to fire her as our daughters allergist specialist. If you go here place ask and double as about medications. Especially if you are taking your baby or child. You are suppose to trust doctors and their medical staff with your loved ones lives and I feel like this was not done here.

Office staff is very unprofessional. It appears they may overbook as they rescheduled three appointments in a matter of four months. Worse yet, they didn't make the rescheduled appointments a priority, so we lost 6-8 weeks each time. In the end we wasted our time getting established with the doctor. This is a poorly managed practice.

The doctor is very nice to work with but her office staff is the most unprofessional I’ve encountered. The office didn’t add insurance info during our first visit and called the morning of a follow up appointment to inform me that they don’t have insurance info. I gave my insurance info and all appeared fine. I then received a call less than an hour before the appointment that it will take them 1-2 days to verify insurance so they had to cancel the appointment. I have excellent BCBS PPO insurance. They previously rescheduled two appointments with very late notice and wanted to reschedule the appts two months later. Doctor may be good but not able to employ or manage quality office staff and this makes all the difference between quality medical care or not. Our visits with her have been a complete waste of time. Beware!

She was able to offer safe, easy and effective treatment for my toddler’s eczema and it’s completely gone!

Dr Andersen listened to every symptom and concern I had and promised me that she would get to the bottom of what was causing my condition. She truly cares, which is what sets her apart from many in her profession these days. Cannot say enough wonderful things about her!

My 81 year old mother arrived at the address and could not find the way into the building. She called the phone number but was not able to navigate through the automated system to speak with a live person to get help into the building. After finally getting some help, she was late to her appointment and Dr. Anderson would not see her and was turned away. I am very disappointed with their response not see here and to reschedule. She drove around in the parking area under the building looking for way to get upstairs to Suite 215 for twenty minutes while I was calling the number on the website to get her some help. Just Rude, after waiting weeks for this referral appointment.
