Jeffrey Friedman's Online Review Report Card

It doesn't even deserve 1 star. This place is the most uncomfortable place I have ever been in my life, the receptionist is a rude and unpleasant person and the doctor is the most inefficient and incoherent I have ever met. I went for worker's comp, and everything he told me seemed like a joke.

I came to this doctor for my workers comp case and to see if I needed to continue being treated. I had a shoulder injury from work. When I got into the room with him. He did a series of movement with me for my shoulder and then sat me down and told me my weight affected my shoulder. He then proceeded to ask me if I worked out and then said “you don’t look like you workout” he said my shoulder will be fine once I start working out and that that was the root of my shoulder problem. He was very rude and condescending. My weight has no effect on my on my shoulder. My shoulder was perfectly fine before I started this job and I’ve been the same weight. I felt very uncomfortable and had no words when he asked me if I had any questions. He told me he was releasing me and told me to sit outside while he wrote the sheet up then was it was done the secretary threw it on the desk and was very rude. Very unprofessional and I wouldn’t ever recommend anybody going here.

Had a Fantastic experience. Dr Friedman discusses your best options. I followed his advice and had great results. Kristie at Select Physical Therapy was amazing. Results are so much better than I expected. Thanks Dr Friedman for your honest advice. Follow through gave fantastic results. Would Definitely recommend Dr. Friedman.

JCL I am very grateful to Dr. Fredman and his group. Firstly, maintaining the office with the covid protocol limiting space, secondly with respect and professionalism in the way that the Dr communicates and explains your entire process in detail. and clearly so that you can understand everything. 2 years ago I hurt my back and it was not until this second time that the Dr evaluated me and explained everything to me step by step, different from my first consultation that they did not explain anything to me. I am super grateful and satisfied with its services of excellence.

I just recently had a workman's comp appointment with Dr. Friedman. I loved how thorough the office is with providing information on what to expect upon arrival and during the consult. Dr. Friedman was very informative. He took the time to explain and educated me about my condition. I left the office knowing my current and pre-existing condition, but most important, he provided precise information for the current care and the possible options for what I could do in the future. I wish the previous physician would have taken the time to educate me. Instead, he just said "you banged yourself pretty good" send me home with anti-inflammatory meds and 5 weeks of physical therapy. Thank you Dr. Friedman for taking your time.

He is good a doctor cannot complain never been his patient. I have been going there accompanying patients as interpreter he is not courteous and being rude and bad attitude toward me and my patients he can be good doctor but does not have people skills —- he needs to learn that!!!!

Dr. Friedman was the doctor I went to for a 2nd opinion for a hip injury. After feeling dismissed by my first doctor, I felt Dr. Friedman took the time to listen to my concerns, evaluate my pain, test my range of motion, all things my first doctor didn’t do. I “walked” (hobbled on crutches) away feeling like I’m finally going to get the care I need so I can get back to my normal life. I can’t thank him enough, and the front desk person, Betty, for their kindness, patience, and care.

Dr Friedman was amazing! He really took the time to thoroughly question and examine my knee and really explained everything he was doing and what he found. He also explained why I needed to do certain things to fully benefit my recovery.

I highly recommend Dr. Friedman. He is knowledgeable and very methodical. I had a fractured knee and he fixed it! He explains very well and answers questions. His office is very busy, but Betty is awesome and explains well too. Thank you!

I came in hoping to get answers and I left with more information and a plan on how to move forward. It was a really pleasant experience.
