i’ve seen Dr. Chang many times for injections in my lower back. I found her to always be very kind and confident, and she even gives me medication to not have to feel the injection, which I very much appreciate. I only wish that I could have her as a primary care doctor! She’s so kind and listens well. You should disregard some of the bad reviews and remember everybody’s view of their experience is usually complicated.

Messed up my urine sample TWICE and refused to help me find relief. Spent months trying to work with her and she never helped me.

Dr. Chang has helped me a lot. But her ARNP who is the only one you see for an office appointment is rude & arrogant. She doesn’t take time to talk to you & answer questions. I felt like a second class citizen!!

I found Dr. Chang to be deeply cold hearted. She is actually friendly but it is just a cover up to get patients, possible. Try asking her some questions. She is not forthcoming. With some professional questioning on shots on spine, I found out that you can bleed out, and no surgeon is available in the procedure room next door. It is possible to be paralyzed. She says all this without concern on her part. I tried calling and asking for a print out of side effects. None was available. Dr. Chang will not prepare you on what to to expect during the procedure unless you try grilling her and then she will rush you out, after that part.

While Dr. Chang is a wonderful, personable doctor, the Center for Pain Management has terrible office management. I have called 3 times, to have a prescription refilled and have yet to hear from anyone. I am completely out of medication and I will be finding another doctor.
