She provided great insight, took her time at the appointment to answer my questions and I didn’t feel rushed or looked over. She advised me on dosing recommendations for supplements I wanted to take. Ordered blood tests for me and seemed interested in my concerns and looking at me and my concerns as a whole person, not just simply suggesting a pharmaceutical solution.

Dr. Doan and her office staff are wonderful. I never have to wait upon arrival for my appointments. I am always seen soon after arrival. She takes time to answer all of my questions and go over treatment plans. I recommended her to my boyfriend and HE loves her as well.

She has impeccable bed side manner and one of the best PCP I have ever been to.

Dr. Doan always listens. She does not interrupt and she is never in a hurry. She takes her time and insures that everything is covered. She is the best doctor I found since I moved from Indiana. I highly recommend her. I guarantee you will love her.

Would not recommend. She refused to fill my thyroid prescription, which I've been taking for YEARS. I have diagnosed hypothyroidism, managed by medication. She has no understanding of thyroid issues and no interest in learning. She wouldn't even call me back, she made the nurse do it.
