Person answering main line was terrible! I’m 57 could barely hear her, bad head set… spoke fast. Ck in good. Love xray in house, MRI would b amazing! Dr Billings was ok. Facility very nice! Ck out girl for Billings not pleasant in person or on phone. She didn’t instruct on when/how to make appt after MRI was sch & when I called to get appt was rude. We have to sign paper to be kind as a patient, workers should to. Seems the process of having to schedule 3 -4 weeks out for MRI and then another 4 weeks to see Dr again is not serving patients best interest.

Dr Billings bedside manner is wonderful, he makes you feel human and confident that he is there to help you in any way to feel better. He did both rotator cuffs and now working on my knees. I would for sure go to him and his office for any needs..

I had an appointment to go in to see Dr. Billings. I fell and broke my left shoulder. After he checked it he said it was healing very good but I needed therapy,. He listened to every concern that I had. He answered all of my questions. I highly recommend him to other patients. Dr. Billings is a very good doctor.

I saw Dr. Billings to followup on an MRI of my knee. Using the MRI he explained the results clearly, discussed the alternative treatments for my knee problems, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He and his staff were professional in every respect.
