Kamy Kemp's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Kemp exemplifies what I imagine a caring, trustworthy doctor/surgeon to be. I have had 2 appointments with her and both have been informative, thorough, and helpful. They quickly fit me into their schedule when I had a concern about a breast mass. Once I arrived, everyone in the office was so nice. All of the procedures were thoroughly explained. I am someone who asks a lot of questions, and she answered all of them with clarity and confidence. I never felt rushed, and I never felt like I was just another appointment on the calendar. Thankfully, the mass was benign and I may not need to revisit Dr. Kemp, but I am very fortunate she and her team took care of me. Thank you so much.

Dr.Kemp and her office staff were wonderful getting me through the beginning of “My Journey”. They were on top of everything and I quickly got my biopsy , results, and surgery . Very responsive to my concerns and questions . Most of all I felt like I was treated with a “You got this “ attitude throughout!

Long wait times terrible after care don't call you back when you ask. Don't call you back when they say they will

Very disappointed. Let me start by saying that I've had two biopsies done here before. Both went well. my OBGYN sent me back to get a repeat biopsy 6 Months later. I called Kemp office, they got me in within a week. The day prior to my biopsy I got whatever sickness that was going around and has a 103 Temp & feel terrible. I called to reschedule and they informed me that They don't reschedule pts because they have too many patients (yet they got me scheduled within a week of calling....) She said If i cancel my appt, I wouldn't be able to ever make another. I said ever? She said yes. I have never been so shocked to hear something from a Dr office... I canceled my appt & found another practice :)

So great. Had pappillomas removed and now DCIS. Explained everything in great detail and then the results and options after biopsy and surgery. I would recommend her to anyone. So caring with me at every encounter.

I was rushed after waiting hours to be seen. You can’t ask any questions because they will be taken as offensive. I asked the nurse questions and she struggled to answer seemed not knowledgeable whatsoever. She immediately got offended when I ask about a surgery stating they new what they were doing. Maybe the doctor but clearly she doesn’t. She doesn’t even have empathy. This is my health my life and I am entitled to ask what I don’t understand. No one here including doctor seemed to have empathy for cancer patients. In fact after being given a diagnosis who wants to hear chatter and loud joking from the staffs office. It sounded more like I was in a park then in a medical office. Especially an office dealing with with breast cancer patients. They should be understanding of other peoples feelings when diagnosed with a life threatening disease. Empathy goes a long way because one day, God forbid, that person with a cancer diagnosis could be one of them.

Nothing against the Dr. since I never had the chance to see her. My PCP referred me to this location last August. I called them about 3 times since then and gave up. They said since my case isn't serious, I would be on a wait list. I never received a call back from them to make an appointment up to this day. Absolutely ridiculous! If a medical office doesn't take your health seriously, go somewhere else, which is exactly what I did.

I am sick with a fever Covid and this doctor refused to reschedule my appointment. You can tell a lot about a person when it comes to ethics.

I loved Dr. Kemp and her staff! She was so personable and made me feel comfortable. They were so kind and helped me feel at ease. Would definitely recommended!
