My granddaughter has severe chronic asthma and Dr. Hartzell was a gift to us as a truly dedicated MD who provides excellent care to her patients. She is very gentle but thorough in her interactions with children and treats them w such respect. She has gone out of her way several times to find medications for us that our insurance wanted to deny. We are moving out of state soon and I wish we could take her with us. We will miss her kind and caring manner.

Love dr. Kim, she is a wonderful person, kind caring about her patients. gets to the root of the problem with my grandbaby. She is a God sent, My grandbaby has so many allergies and asthma, dr Kim has made it bearable for Julia to manage her asthma for once in her young life. Everyone is so nice at the doctors office. We are blessed. Thanks Dr. Kim, and all of the other dr's in the office as well as the staff.

Gave a minimal exam before prescription. I feel she didn't listen to our concerns and family background. Waited 3 hours for second exam post hospitalization before leaving without seeing her.

The children's lung and sleep specialist in the Melbourne office has an awful wait time. I have never waited less then an hour. One time 3 hours with 2 kids under 5. Both had appointments and I think the dr took her lunch leaving us in the room. Horrible
