Vivien Pham is my favorite and her staff is nice as well, her father not so much, typical judgmental old doctor but that's nothing new to me. He seen my children once and was so amazed at my 20 month old daughters growth and how advanced she was for her age. 30 words, walking until he found out she was never vaccinated then he flipped out 🤣🤣 but he doesn't intimidates me much, but Vivien is so sweet and you can tell she loves working with children.

Dr. Pham was cool but his daughter is stuck up and not very understanding. There isn't books or toys to keep children preoccupied for the wait time which is always usually two hours, one at the very least. Good thing is the staff up front is nice and professional so far

In my point of view is although Dr. Lac is a bit tough, but he cares very carefully a child who is his patient. The staff and office very nice. Recommend for parents who speak Vietnamese. Its easy for us to understanding

We have been going to this clinic for a little over 17 years. Dr. Lac Pham is a very rough, "tough love" type of person. Sad to say he crossed the line one too many times. He yells at my children, demeans them by calling them "stupid American boy/girl". Trying to compare my children to his "genius" grandchild and making my children feel bad because they don't receive the same education as his grandchild does, that's why they are "stupid American children" being raised by "stupid American parents". Those were the last insults that tipped the scale for me. Aside from the falling apart clinic that smells ancient and the 2+ hours of wait in the waiting room and check up room. Beware, if you decide to go to this clinic only see his daughter, Vivien Pham, not the old abusive decaying old man Lac Pham.

Disgusting office. The doctor was rough with my newborn who had a fractured shoulder. Hounded me to use formula and not breastfeed. Baby was at a healthy weight (9 pounds) and eating/pooping great. He mocked me for not using formula. Do not go here. It’s gross.

One of the best office ,I have been to. The doctor's and staff are the best. 7 years with them and more to go. Thank you for your care.

My son has been seeing Dr. Pham since birth. I have only good things to say about this office! The Doctors, PA's and staff are all very knowledgeable and kind. The staff is very courteous and helpful, they go above and beyond to help you get the best care and treatment for your child. Dr. Vivien has really good bedside manner and spends as much time as needed with you. Which all is invaluable for moms especially if you are new mom!

He was nice to my child, but condescending to me- made all kinds of assumptions about my political leanings and such from our discussion. Thought his comments were inappropriate to a doctor visit. Went once, never went back and was happy when he was switched by insurance. Never got to see Vivian, who was listed on his card. Might have liked her better. He is very old school. Not right for us.
