Marc Shapiro's Online Review Report Card

This is a good facility for the most part. The staff is excellent and the office is clean and bright. My only criticism is about the highly partisan news channel that was playing on all the TV's in the waiting room. Waiting for these kinds of tests is stressful enough without being bombarded with conspiracy-laden "news." Medical offices should have neutral programs playing.

The staff is so friendly! The MRI personnel made me feel comfortable with the experience. I recommend Neuro Imaging for anyone who needs an MRI!

Five stars for how kind and wonderful the staff were. They made me feel really comfortable and they were very friendly. Wish I could remember the name of the technician who did my MRI because she was so sweet. Two stars because they were playing OAN news on the tv in the waiting room. Normally I don't care what political views a medical place has because it's not my business. But it becomes my business when they play a network that's known for spreading lies and misinformation about COVID-19. If they subscribe to beliefs that COVID-19 is fake, CDC guidelines don't help, etc., how am I supposed to feel safe here? It's a medicinal clinic with older patients. I'm entering an enclosed space during an MRI. I didn't realize what OAN was until after my appointment, otherwise I would've cancelled my appointment and gone somewhere else. I'm glad I have my COVID vaccine already otherwise I would've gotten tested immediately afterwards. If you don't care about covid guidelines then by all means, please go because the staff was wonderful. But if you do care, err on the side of caution and try somewhere else.

I went in there extremely nervous, but Jason was my MRI tech and made me feel so comfortable and secure during the entire process. Him and Doctor Shapiro reviewed my results immediately late in the evening as I was so concerned something was really wrong. It's hard finding such great, compassionate service in the medical industry like that. I am so thankful for them. 10/10 experience.

I had an MRI & an MRA at this facility on Tuesday 6/2 and had the pleasure of being cared for by Stephanie. I am claustrophobic and almost immediately had a bad panic attack and was removed from the machine. Stephanie spoke to me in a very calming voice and assured me that everything would be ok, she even offered to stand beside the machine and fan me during the tests because I was over heated. She asked me if it would make me feel better if she stayed in the room with me, I said yes and she did ! The compassion and caring she demonstrated was the only reason that I was able to complete these very important tests. I am so grateful for Stephanie and the Team at Neuro Imaging that I would recommend them to everyone !!! I hope that Stephanie enjoys the flowering plant that I sent to her today :) She deserves it and much more !!!!!!! Thank you Stephanie :)

Hands down the absolute best radiologist (and person) practicing in Central Florida!

Neuro Imaging is my husbands go to place for MRI's. He has claustrophobia and they will provide sedation to help him get through it. For todays visit he forgot his prescription at the house and Stavia at the front desk was super nice about calling his doctors office to have the order faxed over to her. Everyone we had contact with there was very friendly.

Not only as a patient but as a health care professional I would like to say that Dr. Shapiro is highly skilled and very ethical physician. A world leader in the field of neuroradiology and a remarkable human being as well!
