Dr. Lozano I was with her for three years. I was stable, and doing very well. When I lost my mom, I hit a low point. She dropped me, said she was retiring and had no recommendation of who I could go to. Also her assistant has no business working with mental ill people she screams

Find Another doctor Staff is terrible. Prescriptions not filled on time. I was told to half one medication until next visit. Another medication never sent to pharmacy, so I was told to go to ER to get filled. I would suggest to see another doctor. This place will only make your mental health worse. They staff there could care less about patients.

Dr Lozano is wonderful. Her staff is utterly a disgrace! They are completely incompetent. They do not answer phone. Cant fill your prescriptions correct or at all for days. Your mental health will not be cared for by them. You will be on a constant roller coaster of having medications and then going without medications. It will be a detrament to your health. I would recommend to find an other Dr.

Dr Lozano is wonderful. But the staff helping her is terrible! They ignore phone messages, don't call you back for days, and are incapable of consistently following though with medication refills. I would NOT recommend her solely based on her incapable staff! The staff will make getting consistent care impossible! This staff will only increase your mental health issues, and are completely incompetent. Find a different doctor.

Administrative Staff Needs Training Dr. Lozano's staff, Nancy in particular, is very unprofessional. Very difficult to get anyone to answer the phone, very difficult to understand Nancy's English, very difficult to get an appointment, very difficult to get a prescription refilled timely, and very frustrating all around. Staff needs training on how to provide good patient care.

Be aware! Its been a few years since we reached out to this doctor and We didn't not have a very good experience! We left feeling worse then when we came into the office for help!!!! Was a waste of our time and money!!!

I have had Dr. Lozano for a number of years, she is amazing. She listens and considers everything before prescribing medication, taking the time to start slow, adjust, and try new avenues when old ones begin to struggle or life and needs change. Very grateful for her. I have had many psychiatrists and she is the best I have ever had. The Staff of the office (which is not directly affiliated with Dr. Lozano herself) is absolutely detestable. Getting through to talk to anyone about anything is a nightmare, they are rude and have no concern for patients whatsoever. Getting in touch for difficulty with the pharmacy, medical paperwork, making an appointment, anything is horrible and extremely stressful, and angering, it is a shame because Dr. Lozano is so amazing.
