ATTENTION ATTENTION ATTENTION!! I truly wish I could give zero stars. This clinic has nice people that work there, I give them that. However, this clinic is about MONEY. I had two transfers there by Dr. Trolice who is highly overrated with good views and reputation. Any doctor could do what he does and yes this is hit or miss with all patients I understand that part. But the medical assistant(s) clearly doesn’t have a clue because both times before my transfer I was told to empty my bladder, we all know that you need to be on a full bladder, immediately after the transfer they tell you to get dress and leave that’s another bad thing and you can go back to regular activities the very same day bad bad bad bad advice. Long story short, I was called by the former office manager told that Dr. Trolice agreed to do my next transfer for free “I have one embryo on ice” because I posted a review which I thought was our right good or bad and I had a consultation with Dr. Trolice on the phone about 3 months ago and he agreed to do the transfer for free. Later that day I received a call from Ms. Candace to set everything up but at the same time I was told that in order for me to get the free transfer I would have to remove my review or else. Today I get a call after 3 months of trying to contact Candace and she finally called back and said Dr. Trolice said he is not doing the transfer for free because my review has not been removed. I am absolutely fine with that, the problem I have is how I was blackmailed or tried to bribe me to remove my review for a free transfer NOT. Be careful because this is a clinic that’s all about money with very low positive results. Do as you feel I just thought I could help someone to not go wasting $10k-20k only to get what I got NOTHING. BE AWARE
