Called in to make a new patient appointment, and WOW the front desk person was soo aggressive. She kept repeating herself louder and louder and not letting me get a word in, not sure if she was having a bad day but I had to hang up. I will be going elsewhere.

I’m still getting bills in the mail from 2022 when I had insurance but the staff here failed to bill it correctly, now I’m getting harassed for money. How is that Christ-like? I’m also still being billed for procedures I paid my co-pay on with 100% coverage. They had no clue what the warts on my foot are. They have no clue why I’m experiencing discomfort when eating bread if I’m not gluten-sensitive or celiac. THEY KNOW ABSOLUTELY NOTHING but still will bill you when they forget to show up to virtual appointments. My doctor also spoke about my health to a family member whom I didn’t provide access to. Imagine now your partner is badgering you about your health because the doctor said…..huge violation of privacy, ESPECIALLY when I’m living with chronic pain that’s not going away. Sarah Womble failed to call me several times for telehealth and still billed me.

It looks they are there just to make money and totally irresponsible. I had doctor check up and expenses was covered by my insurance but they didn't pay because the doctor used wrong billing code in the invoice. Insurance company is asking invoice with correct bill code but doctor and the clinic are so much irresponsible that they don't bother about it. It's over 4 months and I am still waiting for them to resolve it. I Their payment department is waiting for response from clinic, and clinic la waiting for doctor's response and doctor don't bother about it. Can someone provide me right contact for escalation.

Very bad service. They never answer the phone or return phone calls. It doesn’t make sense how long it takes to hear back from anyone!

Just out to make money, can't get refills without multiple visits for something as simple as chantix to help me quit smoking... Seems like patients happiness and healthiness isn't a priority!

Called in to see if they could see me n never responded, I will definitely change to another medical staff as soon as I can, cannot be used for fast service. I end up in Guidewell Medical to be seen. Very disappointed 😞

I chose this advent health as a primary care doctor through my insurance. This is my third visit and never ever once I saw my primary care doctor and every time I get to see other practitioners who works I believe under them who doesn’t know what they doing. The wait time is always over an hour though even for a regular visit or follow up. Don’t come in here for a visit. I am bout to change mine doctor.

They forget about you in the waiting room, you wait twice as long once you're in the room, made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for a vaccine and they didn't have it when I arrived after waiting 1.5 hours for one shot, and staff shows zero amount of recovery effort! Terrible, terrible service for a place that suppose to serve the community...a very Un-Whole Care experience and I'm an Advent Health employee! (9 Months Later) They have not improved one bit. I had to get an MRI of my shoulder and ankle. After almost two weeks after getting the MRI's, they never called me back with the results or schedule a follow-up appointment. I had to call them 4 separate times over those two weeks and still no reply! Finally got a hold of somebody today stating that the doc I saw went on maternity leave. Thanks for leaving your patient out to dry, in pain, and not knowing what to do, Winter Park! But, OBVIOUSLY they don't care since I see that others that gave them a bad review two months ago (and two years ago) were contacted by them to resolve any issues. If they treat their employees like this....

Dr Shukla is kind and very patient I was so very grateful to find such a good doctor before my dad‘s dementia progressed she was patient and understanding and very knowledgeable and! Highly recommend
