i saw this shell of a human for some time years ago and she had quite the impact on me. she was cold, disrespectful, urged me to hide my bipolar diagnosis from people in my life (i.e., i should be ashamed of it), gaslit me by telling me my symptoms of intense and frightening dissociation/depersonalization were not real because i could "remember driving to get to the office that day", and eventually (after at least a year) sent me a letter saying she no longer wished to treat me; with no follow-up, explanation, recommendation for a new provider, nothing. i guess i was too "difficult" for her. i will never forget those beady dead eyes looking at me as though i was the lowest form of trash, beneath her, not worthy of respect, as she said "why do you want people to know you're bipolar?" to an at most 20 year old me trying to navigate a serious diagnosis with distressing symptoms and how to cope with it in my life and relationships. i said no such thing about WANTING people to know. i was a kid who had questions and needed her help; she instead spoke to me as though i was an idiot for not having the benefit of years of medical knowledge that she has. there is a significant power dynamic in a doctor-patient relationship, as well as an expectation to be treated with decency, and she respected neither. it was clear how she felt about me. at some point i must have said something that was the last straw, maybe i told her i didn't like something she said; i don't remember. if that's what it was, then that's pathetic. how fragile of an ego it must take to be a literal doctor and unable to handle criticism or feedback from a patient. her staff at the time was amazing though! i felt safe and like a normal person around them. a stark contrast to miss Natalyia. worst experience with a psychiatrist i have ever had. avoid if you're a young person seeking guidance from a knowledgeable, kind, level-headed adult.
I've been seeing Dr. G for at least 5 years and while it can be difficult to get an appointment if you forget to make one in advance, she is always very caring and willing to spend time with you once you have one. She will also squeeze you in for emergency situations. She will challenge you, not just tell you what you want to hear, but she is gentle and clearly has your best interests in mind. The office staff is polite but they can be a little frustrating. The nurses are kind and usually have an uplifting attitude. Main takeaway: there is a reason she is always fully booked and there is a wait to get an appointment, it's because she's worth the wait.
I have been seen in this clinic for more than 10 years. I lost my apartment and job. Because both her office manager and physician refused to fix my FMLA paperwork. The Dr. was always busy. I had to drive an hour to get this fixed. I had conveyed my frustration. That I was going to loose my job and home. That I would sit in the office until it was fixed. Brante called the security guards to escort me out. When my prior physician was in this office. He was the most caring person. Adventh Health states that their vision is love and care for their patients. I am still waiting from a call from the hospital management. At the moment I don't have a home and owe for this apartment. I am not living in. It took Dr. Gulayeba 3 weeks to have her office manager call me. Jennifer the director worst. She was always saying the physicians are too busy. They only see patients twice a week at the office and three days out of their home. Covid is over. What about your patients? One star.
I have been with Dr. Guleyeva (and her staff) for more than 8 years now! She is an important part of my health routine and well being. She is caring, professional, understanding, listens intently and rechecks things we have spoken about in the past. She is a wonderful long term care physician/mentor. Along with her office manager, Tanya, they are a refreshing care team. To give anything less than 5 stars seems unfair just due to appointment availability. If you are unable to get an immediate appointment and are serious about your mental health care please remember she is worth the wait!
I have to say that trying to schedule an appointment with a doctor here is very poor. And the person on the telephone sounded like they totally hated their job. Very rude and non caring. This practice should hire friendly and caring personnel.
Life saver....!
I just saw 3 stars and I was like oh, No way, I gotta say something. This woman, from day one, was there for me. I've been through psychiatrists that just through pills at me for years. This woman, from day one listened to me for one whole hour. She carefully accessed me and even did DNA testing at one point to check which correct anti-depressants would be right for me. She knows how to adjust meds for me. She has kept me stable for long periods of time. She takes her time and listens to me at my visits. Been through a lot with her and I totally trust her with my mental well-being.
Dr G is exceptional in every aspect ,she takes time and listens Her back office though is awfull, I contacted the office after I discovered I had no more refills available since the 12 months period had expired by 2 weeks I was told to schedule an appointment first before any more refills would be available FIRST available office appointment in June,I have now been without my medications for 7 days with some serious side effects I did ask for an emerency refill for 30 days, nothing happened It is obvious, after being a patient since 2014, protocol seems to be more important than the wellbeing of their patients This office does not realize that they provide a service to their patients who pay for these srvices They don't seem to realize we live in 2022 , "those old days of patient intimidation " are long gone.
The receptionist here are rude and not personable. Whoever was working the AM shift on 4/21/22 had a horrible, unprovoked attitude - especially for a place that deals with mental health issues. Sad.
This lady spent 30 minutes with me then gave me a false diagnosis per 2 other mental health professionals. Stay far away!! She likes to heavily diagnose all patients who have the misfortune of coming into her offices.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
