Neema Fuller's Online Review Report Card

I used MD Live on the weekend and got Dr. Fuller. I have a condition that has occasional painful flare ups that I’ve been prescribed a certain medication 20+ times (also on my MD Live records). Her advice was to go to my doctor for it. Yes, obviously I would if it wasn’t the weekend. Last time my flare up went on for days I ended up in the emergency room and hospitalized. I’m speechless.

After 9 days dealing with soar throat, fever and lost voice the doctor did not prescribed any antibiotics to improve and said to gaggle water and wait more time. Avoid!!!

I had a Tele-health visit and the doctor refused to listen. I advised the doctor doxycycline works for my UTI and she wanted to prescribe something different. I wasn’t interested in taking something I was not sure would work for me or be safe for me because I’m allergic to and can’t tolerate several antibiotics. I’m comfortable with doxycycline because it works for me. I spent $82 on a visit with no resolution. I understand doctors know more about medicine that I do but they don’t know more amount and individuals body than that individual does. Having to use tele-health has been a disappointing experience. Now I’ll need to spend another$80 at an urgent care clinic when my funds are already tight. Trying to avoid COVID by making an appointment through tele-health has failed.

Dr. Fuller completed my phone conference for MD live and was quick and helpful. Sent in a prescription for a sinus infection and the whole process was easy. Dr. Fuller was very nice and knowledgeable.

I had a good experience with Dr. Fuller over MDLive.

Will diagnosis strictly by guidelines, even though she has miss diagnosed me twice now for sinus infections. Refuses to prescribe a steroid even though it’s the only thing that works me. Don’t waste your time, health or money.

I have seeing Dr Fuller for 3.5 years. She is great, takes plenty of time with me or my wife. She stay as long as needed. I have a lot of medical problems she helps staying on top of my problems. outstanding bedside manner. they are just too many good things say about Dr. Fuller I know that I will be a patient a long time. J

I have had Dr. Fuller as my primary since moving to Florida 6 years ago, and she has always taken the time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions I might have.

I normally always try to see Dr. Shay in this practice, but it is always very difficult to get an appointment, so I decided to take an appointment with Dr. Fuller for my annual physical. In trying to discuss any medical problems with her she was curt and almost condescending. She actually forgot to give me my annual prescriptions for high blood pressure etc. I asked the nurse if she could come back in so I could get them and when this doctor returned she actually was rude. I asked her for a medication that Dr. Shay had always given me during my annual viist and she point blank said to me "you have never gotten more than six of these pills" I told her that I had always gotten this prescription with my annual physical and she basically called me a liar. I then went to the pharmacy where I get all my prescriptions filled and asked them to print out my prescriptions for the last couple of years and right there was the filling of the prescription I had asked her for (of course, I knew it was, but I needed the pharmacy print out) I then called the office and talked to the office manager who starting telling me how everyone thought this doctor was so nice. Unfortunately, I was not calling to discuss what everyone else thought, I was calling to explain how this doctor had treated me. I explained to the office manager that I had obtained a print out of my pharmacy records and it clearly showed the prescription being filled for this medication. And it had clearly been filled for more than just "six pills" as Dr. Fuller had emphatically stated to me that that was all I had ever been given ever. After placing this call to the office, and at no time was I rude in speaking to this office manager, just simply explained the situation and how I basially felt I had been insulted by this doctor. What I had expected was an apology for her unprofessional attitude, instead, I got a letter from the office stating that they would no longer see me as patient and then they actually tried to proceed to advise me as to how I should go about getting another physican. This is by far, the most unprofessional attitude I have ever encountered in all my sixty some years in dealing with any doctor. Dr. Fuller I do believe, has some prejudice against anyone who would dare disagree with what she was saying. I would never visit this practice again and would suggest to anyone even thinking of using this doctor to think twice particularly if you happen to want to speak with any professional regarding any health issues you may have, her attitude is disgusting in my opinion to say the least. I could not in good conscious ever refer anyone to this practice again.
