Dr.Fernando has been a Godsend to me. She not only a Dr.that listens, but also possesses empathy. She has managed my care so I can get the best quality of life that is possible for me. I would be lost without her and her staff. I am treated very well in the office.

Dr Fernando is a superior doctor who really listens to me, and immediately looks for solutions if there are any problems. I find her very kind yet most professional and efficient. She is my favorite doctor and I highly recommend her

Dr. Fernando is a consummate professional, she is a friendly and warm person and immediately puts you at ease. Dr. Fernando listens intently and repeats back what you’re saying…a good way to make sure everyone’s staying on the same page. She gave me the proper prescriptions that help me a lot, but also keeps me up to date on any new developments in her field that may possibly benefit me further. Her NP, Daniel is also absolutely first-rate, and with the helpful and friendly office staff, it’s a great team. I’m a doctor as well and I think I know what constitutes “Good Doctoring”. Dr. Fernando and her team are it.

I have had several appointments with Dr. Fernando. My experience with her was that she listened to my extensive problems due to multiple injuries (going back to '73) with resultant surgeries to my shoulders, knees and left ankle and now I have severe arthritis in many areas. I've had several sets of lumbar facet injections by her with very good results from them. However, I am having some other pain issues and am awaiting a refill for my pain meds. She's not perfect, but she and her staff have been good to me and for me.

I love going to see Dr. N Fernando. She is great, and relieving my pain is what she does best. The relief I receive from her pain management procedures is life changing. Dr. Fernando, and her team of specialists take such good care of me, that when I leave her office, I feel 100% again.

Prescriptions for my wife and myself started to get forgotten and not sent to the pharmacy when due leading to drug withdrawal many times through no fault of anyone except Dr. Fernando. She's a dangerous roll of the dice.

She refuses to follow other doctor's order placing her patient in potential death situation. She will not follow the Florida Senator recommendation to meet the FL law that would keep me safe from harm. She acts like GOD, you do what I tell or I will take your Morphine away which cost over $1,000,000 in inplant and Morphine. This would leave a useless pump in my body for pain relief. That due placement hurts my back every night.

Worst Dr. I have ever seen. There was a misunderstanding in my treatment plan. Instead of telling me there must have been a miscommunication in my treatment plan she called me a liar several times. When I tried to speak she refused to listen to me, yelled at me so she would not have to hear me. When I did get a chance to speak her and the transcriptionist rolled their eyes at each other. She has no sympathy or compassion for her patients. I told her I would report her to the medical director for the way she spoke to me. She replied, "go ahead, they will back me anyway." And she was right, no one in the practices cared how she treated me. Furthermore the Lake Mary office is a filthy hole in the wall. A very hateful, unprofessional practice.
