I am so fortunate to have had the privilege of being Dr. Kusnetz's patient for the past 21 years. From the very first time we met, I could tell she was extraordinary. this is an example of one of the many wonderful things about her. I was referred to her by the hospital and I was in a difficult situation where I couldn't lift my left hand. She went above and beyond to advocate for me with the insurance company, saving me a great deal of money. I am eternally grateful for her kindness and compassion, as well as her medical expertise. She has become a friend to me and I have the utmost admiration and respect for her. I can honestly say that she is one of the best doctors & people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Additionally, Norma’s staff go the extra mile for everyone; it is truly an extraordinary experience.

Dr. Kusnetz has been my doctor and my husband's doctor for over 10 years. She is great and has always taken the time to listen to us and has been proactive in our care ❤️ I highly recommend her.

I tried to schedule a meeting with this doctor and they rescheduled once the day before, then the day of the appointment on a Monday they cancelled again. I then rescheduled for a Friday, drove there and then was told that they needed to cancel the appointment and that they'd tried to call me. I have no voicemails or missed calls from them. Don't even bother trying to meet with this doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Kusnetz since I came to Florida in 2014. As a nurse, I am VERY picky about what physicians I will see, and if I don't think they care enough or listen to me, I go to someone else. When Dr. Kusnetz changed her practice model to Concierge care, I was worried about the cost. Let me tell you not to worry! It is well worth every penny I spend. Not only does she take her time with the patient--following the history of their illness and complaints--she researches treatment programs, healthy living issues, diet, and even discusses natural/herbal remedies. She is willing to work WITH the patient. That is the way healthcare is supposed to be!! Her staff are wonderful, and they know you by name and face. You are always greeted with a smile, no matter how their day is going. They are more than willing to take information for her, pass along changes, medication issues, or other things she may need to know about. I've had her call me after hours and on the weekend. She's even texted me! I feel at this point even if we didn't have a professional relationship I would find her a friend. She reminds me of the family doctor we had when I was a very little girl--who used to come around to the house with her bag. Caring, warm, comforting, and a little bit chastising about not following her orders. If all of our Health Care System worked like Dr. Kusnetz, there wouldn't be a crisis in this country.

I was very late to my first appointment and they took me anyway! The staff is amazing and so friendly. Dr. Kuznetz.. already love her! So personable- didn’t hurry me, although I was the last patient of the day. Many of my friends go to her as well & always praise her as a person & doctor! Glad I’m now established as her patient. I was recommended to Dr Kusnetz's office by the only person I trust to do any kind of facial treatment on my face, the incomparable Nathan LeClair. He has been caring for my skin for about a year and he has completely turned it around. He is honestly an absolute skincare wizard. Working with Dr Kusnetz means he now has access to all sorts of clinical grade skincare and it has just made his services even more amazing. Can't recommend him and this lovely office enough.

Rarely have I met a physician who is so caring who is also as competent as Dr. Kusnetz. She is willing to listen to her patients and work with them to improve their health. The staff is efficient, pleasant and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
